It is a slow day today. Its so hot here and Hyunjin is definitely rising the temperature!

Jokes apart, he looks just drop dead gorgeous.

Yesterday I studied for 9hrs. Although I always plan on doing 12 hours somehow I'm not able to complete it. Even yesterday I fell asleep after completing 3/4 lectures. And today I haven't yet opened my books.

Is there life on Mars?

Some people speculate whether there is life on Mars, I have to say that there is. If there is life here on Earth then there is life on Mars, we are not the only planet that hosts a diverse biological organic ecosystem. Think about it, here we are as people with our people technology only able to observe to a certain point where our technology has allowed us to. What if there is life but we can't observe it because they are of different frequencies than we are, in another dimension. Do have that tech readily available to even measure and or allow us to see this said dimension?

Women and Feminism

I feel like a lot of people don't get the point of feminism anymore. It's not to girl boss or to even glorify ourselves. It's just to find humanity in women first as opposed to femininity or womanhood. It's to free all people from their gender first and take a more human-first approach. It's just to let women be as is. Be just normal humans who mess up and perfection isn't expected from them.

I feel we need to add '&' to it to emphasize the fact our unregulated attention and the hyperactivity are separate issues.

So, I believe we should change the name to 'Unregulated Attention & Hyperactivity Disorder' (UAHD)

Acceptance.

It floods us, like a dam opened. It fills us with fresh air, like the dead revived. It warms us, like the bonfire. And it gives us purpose, to start again.

It might come in a day, a week, a month or a year. But it comes. And it comes bearing gifts. It gifts us a new sense of being, a new energy to resume our life with, a new hope for the future to look forward to, and a happiness disguised as peace.

It brings over us, a sense of relief. It brings back the sense of control we thought we had lost. It doesn't undermine it's predecessors, but adds meaning to them.

Sometimes, it comes easy. Sometimes we have to search for it. It is there, hidden behind the pain and grief overpowering us, crippling us. It comes as a crutch, gives us the strength to walk again, to eventually fly.

Acceptance doesn't mean giving up, neither does it mean giving in. It sets us free, lets life take it's pace, lets a new path present to us. It means loosening our grip on the reigns and being guided by our faith in the process and confidence in the goodness in this world.

Acceptance brings back our trust in ourselves, validates our existence and gives us the power to take on every obstacle, every hindrance, towards a better and brighter hereafter.

Bagaimana rasanya memiliki satu orang itu. Yang ketika tangis pecah dari mata, dia tak bertanya "kamu kenapa?", hanya memelukmu sembari menepuk pundakmu. Tidak ada pertanyaan hanya suara tepukan yang menenangkan.

Pasti menyenangkan, sekalipun masalah datang sangat berat dia masih tetap akan menghibur tanpa mengatakan akibat lain dari masalah. Dia akan tetap duduk sambil tersenyum, mungkin memaki bersama. Dia mungkin akan memberikan minuman manis yang dingin untuk mengusir buruknya moodmu.

Jadi, jangan tanya padaku. Sebab setiap kali ada masalah, setiap kali tangisku pecahku, setiap kali kondisi memburuk, aku hanya berbisik pelan pada diriku sendiri, "tenang ada Allah" untuk menangkan suara bising dikepala yang berupaya mengajak pada kegelapan.

Ku pikir sudah pulih, malah makin memburuk sepertinya.
