Best overall coverage of the subject for your money. Probably the best book on the subject of German uniforms and equipment that I have ever read. It is not perfect, and it does not cover every last thing that was used, but for the money it has most of what you need to know covered. It is an overview in some ways in that detailed books about what is covered in some of the chapters exist yet I still find myself referring back to this book because it does give such a comprehensive overview.
