I’ve assumed my true form! At King Richard’s Faire with my friends, having managed to futz a halfway decent “Renaissance” ensemble out of my 18th century kit, my old Ophelia flower crown and some ribbon courtesy of my mother-in-law. It was the best I could do and I felt like a lovely village maiden. Had a great day at the renfestival today. It was my first time attending (I've been to one before in California,) this one was a lot bigger. I regret not taking more pictures, since there were so many great costume. Aside, from the jousting there were several stages with entertainment and so many food options, we opted for the giant turkey leg. Definitely, felt it was a day well spent. 🙂
