i'm so sad and desperate and broken this christmas. india's democracy is breaking down. 146 elected officials were suspended. 146 elected officials from opposition. here is how it looks.

After the suspensions, major bills were introduced and passed without much deliberation and opposition.
One is a Telecommunication bill which uses vague language and broad strokes to basically spell the end of anonymity and privacy on the internet.
Then there are three major criminal justice reform bills that basically uses the same playbook- vague language and broad strokes to further government overreach.
The ruling party does have the majority to pass the bills regardless of suspension. But with the suspension, any type of questioning and discussion of these bills have been taken away.
Then there is the case of WFI (Wrestling Federation of India). For over a year, the wrestlers (and only wrestlers because honestly no one in the Indian Public Eye has a spine, but that's a different post) have accused the then chief of WFI, Brij Bhushan (of the ruling party BJP) of sexual exploitation and intimidation. They protested and the ask was simple enough- kick him out and suspend the current body.
Wrestlers were arrested for protesting, the Supreme Court had to intervene just so that the FIR would be filed, and after a lot of struggle and a lot of bureaucracy, an election was held on dec 21st.
the new chief was Sanjay Singh- right hand man of accused Brij Bhushan.
Sakshi Malik- an olympic bronze medalist- quit wrestling the same day in an emotional press conference.
Bajrang Punia- another olympic medal winner- gave up one of the highest civilian honours in protest.
(The new WFI is suspended as of right now for disregarding the rules, after Sakshi Malik raised concerns that the junior wrestling matches were held in Brij Bhushan strongholds. )
This is on top of journalistic curbs, crackdown of opposition and targeting of minority(esp muslims) which has been the baseline of their operation for 10years.
the mainstream media of india is in the palm of bjp's hand. the ruling party continuously controls the narrative and we don't have strong opposition. they have strong internet presence. secularism and diversity are being painted as bad things to achieve.
It is so bleak and I feel utterly powerless. This govt is heartless authoritarian ghouls and considers prime minister modi to be god.
this is incoherent but i feel incoherent. i just feel so... done. what can i do? i'm seriously asking. what can i do? i can't give up. this is my country. i won't give up. so if anyone has any ideas, i'm asking again: what can i do?

Stealing Thunder by Alina Boyden
Summary
Razia is a hijra, a woman born in a man's body. In order to live as her true self, she escaped her life as crown prince and now works as a courtesan in Bikampur. Things start to look up for her when Prince Arjun of Bikampur takes an interest in her, but he is investigating a series of thefts in the city, and the perpetrator is no other than Razia herself.

The premise of this book has a lot of potential. A romance between a prince and a courtesan, the prince hunting her down without knowing that she's actually the person he's in love with. Add the tension that comes with the main character being trans in a world with a very strict gender binary, and it sounds great. Unfortunately, this book falls flat in pretty much every way.
I was really into this story for the first hundred pages, but then it became clear that the author didn't really know what they were doing with the plot. The whole thief-secret-identity plot is completely resolved about a third of the way through the book. How? Razia just tells Arjun and he's totally okay with it. This pattern of conflict, immediate solution, zero consequences is repeated throughout the entire book, and it pretty much ruins any potential suspense. Even at the very end, when Razia has to deal with something she's been dreading the entire book, it's resolved within 20 pages and no sacrifices need to be made whatsoever. It felt like the author just wanted Razia to win at everything, which basically means the plot is just...not there.
I will say that the worldbuilding is pretty good. I wish there had been some more detail about the political situation, such as the power each position had and the countries' relations with each other, but for the most part, it was adequate. I liked the zahhaks, which bring in the fantastical element, and there's a lot of daily life worldbuilding going on. The world is pretty obviously based on Pakistani and Indian culture (which the author has a PhD in), which works well, and I liked how trans people were incorporated into the world with conflict but without making their lives purely suffering.

I would like to like Razia. It's obvious Boyden wants me to like Razia, because she can simply do no wrong. As far as I can tell, Razia is good at everything. She's a skilled dancer, she's charismatic, and she's beautiful. She always mentions how her father despised her because she wasn't a good prince, but as far as I can tell, she's good at everything a prince would need to be good at. She's skilled in statecraft, military strategy, zahhak riding, and combat, so what is she bad at? The only obstacle she seems to face is being trans, but, as I'm sure we can all agree on, that's not a flaw. Flaws are something she utterly lacks. And don't even get me started on her and Arjun. Talk about insta-love! She keeps mentioning how she's only known him for a week, and yet they're totally in love and willing to do basically anything to protect the other. Arjun is sweet, but he is also devoid of flaws except for some concerningly misogynistic views, which are never addressed. He might think women are all one way and men are all another, but at least he isn't transphobic.
The side characters are horrendously flat. Razia's sisters seem to exist solely to provide Razia with platonic connection and be something for her to provide for and protect, further showing off her skills. Only at the end does Sakshi challenge her on anything, calling her out for good reason, but Razia ignores her and everything turns out okay anyways. Udai Agnivansha, Arjun's father, and other characters like him, who would seem to be good tools for conflict, obstruct Razia for about twenty minutes before being completely charmed by her, throwing away years of bigotry in favor of a girl they met minutes ago. The side character I would say that has a semblance of depth is Karim, which is only because he seems to have two opposite sides. It is heavily implied that he sexually assaulted Razia in the past, and yet by the end of the book he's one of her staunchest defenders, and his actions against her are never brought up again. So we're just supposed to forget about it?? So the side characters are either flat or inconsistent.

The writing is probably the strongest aspect of this story. The descriptions of the places, clothes, and food Razia encounters are stunning, and they really help with immersion into the world. However, Razia's inner monologue often goes on for too long, and she is somehow able to predict almost everything that happens. She lays things out much too neatly for the reader, leaving nothing up to interpretation or prediction. If I had to guess, I'd say the author, being a trans woman with a degree in cultural anthropology in Pakistan and India, really wanted to write a story that reflected their interests, but they ultimately didn't really know what to do with the plot or characters. It shows in how the descriptions are amazing but the rest of the book falls flat.

The actual trans representation is very good in this book. Unless people are actively trying to be insensitive or transphobic, Razia's chosen name and pronouns are respected to a tee. She's very well-adjusted in her identity in that she seems to have no issue acknowledging who she was before; it's as if she thinks of her previous life as a wholly different person. I'm not trans myself, but from what I've heard from trans people in my life, it seems like an accurate representation.
The issue I had was that in an effort to portray Razia as wholeheartedly a woman, to both the audience and the characters, this book plays into a lot of gender stereotypes. For example, Razia has a softer body, she's squeamish at the thought of violence, and there's a lot of sexual implications. It's often used as justification from the characters as "ah, of course she's a woman, she shies away from bloodshed." Glad the characters think she's a woman, but the constant use of misogynistic mindsets to justify it...irked me.

I was really excited going into this book, and I had high hopes, but I was pretty disappointed. The plot is pretty disjointed, holds no tension, and provides no consequences. Razia is, unfortunately, a Mary Sue who seems to be talented at everything, and the romance has a bad case of insta-love. The writing is beautiful, but it's a bit too heavy-handed, and Razia is secure in her gender identity, but the narrative uses gender stereotypes to enforce it. Overall, this just wasn't a very good book. I have no doubt that the author is passionate about these topics, but it feels like they might be more suited to academia and research than character and plot development.

Jalendu Temple was one of the only places that didn’t really matter if it was occupied or not. They took refuge there, moving back down to the south in waiting for Adhrit’s instructions to regroup. 
The temple was destroyed, but many of its foundations still served to become good housing for just the night. As the cold winds wrapped around their bodies it took Bhadra all the strength she had not to fall asleep. 
There wasn’t anything waiting for her there. 
Instead she looked into the moon and how it reflected onto the waters, how the bay was rippling in warm and white lights that gave the illusion of coziness. As she sat by the shore, she was convinced it would make for a nice swim if it weren’t for the demon fish lurking below. 
Still, the first time Sabal took her here, it was just so that he could introduce her to the duties of the Tarun Matara, having to bond with priests and whatnot were key to making life easier there, but her stomach felt full, thinking about it.
Bonding with priests was just another phrase for something else.
And it made Bhadra want to throw up. 
“Hey,” Divin greeted, sitting next to her with a beer bottle in hand. “You want a drink too?”
“No, I’m fine,” she lied, eying the bottle before meeting his eyes. “Divin?”
“Hm?” 
“What do you think of the Tarun Matara?” 
Divin tilted his head. His mouth twitched to the side of his cheek, looking away as he continued to think about Bhadra’s question. 
“We haven’t had one for a long time. Why?” he asked. 
“Nothing. Just something to pass the time,” Bhadra said, waving her hand freely. “I’m surprised. Back in my time we used to have one even if Pagan Min outlawed religion.” 
“Well,” Divin shrugged, “that was before. Tradition is tradition, but my mother used to tell me about how scary it was to be picked.”
“Oh?” Bhadra raised a brow. Divin nodded. 
“Did you know anything about her?” he asked. Bhadra resisted the urge to stiffen. “I was too young to remember her.” he added. Bhadra thought for a moment, and then asked: 
“How old are you, Divin?” 
“Twenty-two.” Divin grinned. Bhadra’s eyes widened. 
“Oh, Kyra, I’m old.” Bhadra said with a sigh. Divin looked concerned. 
“How old are you?” 
“Thirty two.”
“Oh—” and Divin burst out laughing. “That’s not old!”
“Compared to you? Definitely!” Bhadra quipped, lightly punching him in the shoulder. “No, but really, if we had a Tarun Matara now, at this time, what would your thoughts be?”
Divin blinked. He took a sip from his drink and hugged his knees. “Honestly? Maybe it wouldn’t be suited for someone very young to just be a goddess.  But if it was someone responsible who could lead our people, I wouldn’t mind.”
“Hm…” Bhadra hummed. 
“Why? What about you?”
“I…” She thought back to Sabal. She thought back to the hands that used to reach out and grab her, after the fires. 
She thought about the priests that looked at her. The people who told her that she was meant to be something, more than just herself. 
Maybe she really did need to drink.
“I just don’t think it’s right. Maybe that’s one of the good things outlawing religion did. I don’t know.” Bhadra looked back at Divin. “I suspect you’re following something more modern?”
“Well… our culture still means something to us, doesn’t it? But so does change. Adhrit believes in a future where we could have both, and we’d be heroes for this country.” 
“Does he?” Bhadra said. Divin nodded. 
“How old is he?” 
“Twenty five.” 
Bhadra looked at him in disbelief. “I really am old, Divin.”
It was silent for a moment, and then: “Sakshi, how long has it been since you started fighting the army?”
“I started when I was nineteen.” 
“And I was just a child!” Divin placed his hand on her shoulder, “We’re the same, Sakshi, no matter how old you get, we fight for Kyrat! It’s okay to feel old, but it just makes me sad for how long we’ve been fighting.” 
“Yeah,” Bhadra replied. “Are you tired yet?”
“No. I won’t rest until Kyrat is free.” 
Bhadra saw something innocent in those eyes, when she looked back at him. He was as determined as she used to be, ready to fight anybody who stood in her way as she messed with the royal guards for years. 
But she would be lying if that wasn’t what she was limited to. The decision to kill Ajay was made off of years of debate and attachment, the thought of being abandoned by the one you loved the most was as painful as having to think about strangling them in real time. 
She was tired, she hated to admit.
This war had been all her life with no stop in sight. With Diego in tow, things would be harder. Ajay made it harder. It was an invitation to come back to him, to embrace him, and it would be so easy if she could just beg for the country to be free and have it.
But she wouldn’t give Ajay the satisfaction. This country belonged to her, not him. 
It didn’t belong to Diego, but he was here, doing whatever he wanted for whatever reason that Bhadra needed to know— fuck. 
She gritted her teeth.
Bastards. All of them. Bastards. 
But if she wanted to continue playing this game, she’d have to continue doing what she was doing. Play to Diego’s weaknesses. 
She had to think about Diego. 
Diego, Diego, Diego. 
“Are you okay, Sakshi?” Divin’s voice rang through her ears like it chimed into an empty skull. She realized then, she was in the passenger seat of a car that he was driving, all the way towards the mainland where they were supposed to capture another outpost.
She hadn’t slept that night. Her head was going to throb later, but she could take it. There were more important things than sleep.
If Diego was going to lay out some traps, she had to think ahead even further, and that was going to become a challenge. 
Her radio chimed. 
“Buenos días.” Diego greeted her. “I take it you’ve been waiting for us, hm?”
“I think it’s the other way around.” Bhadra replied, “come on, Diego, life would be so much easier if we didn’t have you here.”
“But you like a challenge, no? I hear from prisoners how much of a killer you are. I’m impressed because they are not wrong.” 
“Prisoners stop lying once you get them to confess.” Bhadra said, “What do you really want, Diego? This poor, war-torn country is far from where you belong.” 
“I want to help erase terroristas like you from becoming a nuisance in this country’s connections. I’ve done it once, I can do it again.” 
“Is it really terrorism if we just want to live?” 
“You chose not to live the moment you decided to fight.” 
Bhadra slammed her fist against the window. Divin jumped in his seat, tilting his head back.
“Sakshi…? Who are you talking to?” he asked. 
“Sorry, Divin. Nobody important.” she said. 
“Is that how it is? I’m hurt.” Diego snarked. 
“Better be.” Bhadra gritted her teeth and turned off the radio. Divin’s buzzed. 
“Truck coming at your twelve, Divin!” 
“What?!” Divin exclaimed. 
“You heard her!” Bhadra raised her voice, getting up to the car’s gun. “Get on it, Divin!” 
The truck was fast— whoever was manning it was about to pummel right into the car if it weren’t for Divin yelping and spinning the car around. She shot at it, bullets cracking the windows until the truck had finally swerved off the road and crashed.
But then as they turned, three more FND cars were coming their way, all shooting into one direction. As Bhadra shot after them, the gun jammed and she slammed her fist against it. 
“Harame!” She shouted, taking her rifle with her and hopping onto the roof. 
“Sakshi, what are you doing?!” Divin cried out.
“Just keep driving, Divin, I’ll be fine!” she shouted, and just as the first car neared her she jumped off their car and onto the next, landing on the roof. Bullet holes started to form, and she stood up and shot through the driver’s seat, the passenger’s and then the back, making the car swerve and push into the second car. 
She shot into the window, right before losing her balance and slipping onto the roof, saved by her hand clinging onto the edge. Bhadra reached for a grenade in her belt, took the pin by her teeth and tossed it to the third. 
It exploded, setting off a chain as it collided with the second. Bhadra rolled off and stumbled into the dirt, getting up and bleeding from her forehead. 
“Still alive?” Diego’s voice came onto the radio. 
“Yes.” Bhadra bit out. 
“Bueno.” Diego mused, but before Bhadra could react she felt a bullet hit her arm and a couple more whizz past her head. Spinning around, she couldn’t find a source, but she could find a river and sprinted to it, diving down as her blood started to unite with the water. 
She didn’t see the royal hunter swimming up and grabbing her. The hunter hooked his arm right around her neck, pulling her deeper into the waters as she screamed, pulling away from the grip, trying to shoot blindly. 
Kicking and elbowing, a knife cut into her arm, deep enough for it to stick. She took the chance to rip it out and cut into the arm still around her throat. As the hunter let go, she shoved the knife right into his neck, then swam upwards and gasped for breath. 
She swam to the shore and threw up the water, watching as her blood began to drip from her head and her arms, the adrenaline still preventing her from feeling the pain.
“Sakshi, where are you?!” Divin called from the radio.
“By the waters, Divin! Come meet me here!” She panted out, shivering. She scrambled for leaves big enough to wrap around her arms, all the while watching for bullets firing her way, to no avail. 
“FND started to raid the logging camp outpost! Somebody help!” Another call from the radio. Bhadra gritted her teeth and scrambled upwards, only to be shot again into her shoulder and sent running. 
“On my way!” she shouted into the radio. She heard the skidding of a car and was prepared to fight, only to find Divin opening the passenger’s seat. 
“You’re bleeding!” Divin cried out, scrambling to the backseat to find a first aid kit.
“HURRY UP TO THE OUTPOST!” Bhadra yelled, holding down her wound, making Divin wince before he turned the car to their destination. 
All the while, her radio was chiming for her name.

“Untouched.” From the Rudra Hridaya Upanishad, the Exploration of the Mysteries of the Sacred Heart.
There are two birds in this body, the Jiva “your way of life” and the Paramatman “the way of the Spirt”. 
The Jiva eats the fruit of his Karmas, but the Paramatman is untouched by anything.
 The Paramatman is only the Sakshi “witness”. He does not do anything. He only assumes the form of the Jiva through His Maya, just as the Akasa “space” inside a pot seems to be different from the Akasa outside and assumes the form of the pot. In reality all is Siva, Advaita, the One Absolute. 
There is no difference of whatever kind.
This is a nihilistic approach to finding the Self, but for it work the inverse must be explained. First, let us try to fully grasp the intent and meaning of the Upanishad. This section and my words that follow are of pivotal importance; without sufficient competency in them, nothing about the practice of religion matters. 
There are two birds: the human soul with its delusions and desires, and the Supreme Spirit who has but one pervasive desire: to see life continue and unveil its hidden organic beauty in mystifying combinations throughout eternity. 
We consume the results of one flawed desire one after the other and because of us the Lord’s One Wish is going to go unanswered. 
The verses say God touches nothing, is involved in nothing, that He just does what He does and form rises up out of formlessness, and then when all delusion about the name and contours of the form go away during meditation, we obtain a view of the Absolute. 
This means we learn to accept the things we do and don’t see, come to maturity with the facts some of them were never real, others are far more pressing than we gave them credit for. 
In order for the state of stark reality to dawn, a period of prolonged asceticism is needed. We’ve talked about this. Without the minimum, how God is and how He is not will not be visible. Get rid of the Bible, the Torah, the Quran, stop praying, stop listening to all the fools, freaks, and fuckups who are trying to unseat the Supreme Spirit from His Supremely Centric position and let the faculties observe what is happening, what is not. God is in charge of the creation, we are trying to take control away from Him all the time and we are incapable of handling it. 
Once acquaintance with the Paramatman is complete, the sinister and sloppy little cunt inside you that thinks it can continually usurp life and maintain belief in  its stupid silly stories will give up and die. 
The world, free of its constant prattle will then become a fully listenable experience. In this, there is hope for a future.

Coursework and Development/Production: Shoot Day- 1 (Part -1)
Our first shoot day (28th January) was a bit hectic due to the amount of scenes that we had to finish shooting as Sandesh was not available for the second shoot day.  At 8:30 a.m. when my group and I reached school we immediately started to work on the set dressing for the Halloween party scene (full details in the set design blog post below). By 9 a.m. four my actors arrived- Sakshi, Ichcha, Naysa and Jaden. Sandesh was running late so to not waste time I told the actors to change into their costumes for the interrogation scene. By the time Sandesh reached (9:40 a.m.) we had finished set the dressing for the Halloween party scene and Jiya started to work on the actors make up.

While Jiya was doing their make up Annika and I went to collect the tripod and camera to set it up for our interrogation scene as Sir said we had to start shooting by 10 a.m. We were initially going to shoot the interrogation scene in the media studio but I decided to change the location as we found a small room on the sixth floor available. This room was already set up with a desk and looked more like an interrogation room. The only thing we had to do was set up the lighting. We used the  FX 400, baby light to control the lighting. The room was very small so we shone the light from outside as the room had a glass wall on the side.

Since we had to start shooting, I told Jiya to send whichever actor was ready while she completed the the rest their makeup in another room. For the interrogation scene I originally planned to just have a medium shot of the characters looking into camera seated in the same position so that we could have a match cut of them in the trailer. However, I got an idea to shoot this scene in four different ways. One was the medium shot as originally planned, the second was a medium shot with them saying one dialogue depending on the character, the third was an out of focus and then focus shot to show the distortion and the internal panic of the characters as they were being questioned by the detective and the last one was the shadow shot of them. While we I was setting up the lighting I noticed that the person’s shadow was being casted on the side wall. This was perfect for the ominous look I wanted for the trailer.

Since I decided to take four shots of each character, I made a note of it in my book so that I knew how many takes we had done for each actor.

We began shooting with Sandesh first as he was fully ready. We first made him act out the scene where he has to say one line, as the director I explained to him how I wanted him to deliver the line- “I was bullied!” with anger and a bit of fear. His character should show the anger he has for what Suhana did but at the same time the fear shows that he is still only a 17 year old boy.  We then shot the other three shots which required him to look at the camera while Annika did the out of focus and focus shot, the shadow shot  and the medium shot of him looking afraid at the camera (pov of  detective) for the match cut. Since Sandesh was an experienced actor we finished his interrogation scene pretty quickly.

We then shot Sushant’s interrogation scene. We did his dialogue shot first. As the director I told Jaden to say his line- “I am not responsible”, in a very annoyed and nonchalant manner. This shows how he does not care about what he did (murder and sexual assault) and that he has no remorse. After that we shot the  the remaining three shots (the same way we did for Sandesh) and then moved on to the next actor.

Naysa who plays Naisha was next to shoot the interrogation scene. For her dialogue scene, I told her to deliver her line- “I was cheated on” in an icy cold manner with a hint of fear and sadness in her eyes. As the director I wanted to portray the what Naisha was feeling in that moment. She was obviously angry for what Suhana did but at he same time was sad and felt betrayed that her best friend would do such a horrible thing. She is scared as she is being questioned by the detective. After she got the line delivery perfectly, we took the remaining three shots and moved on to the next actor.

Next we shot Isha’s interrogation scene. I told Ichcha to say her line-”I was trolled!”, with rage and fury. I wanted to show Isha’s fiery temper and the betrayal she felt. I also instructed her to bang the table with anger to give more impact to the line. Ichcha kept yelling the dialogue at first but after showing her what I wanted and acting it out for her, she delivered the line perfectly. We also shot the other three shots and finally move on to Sakshi.

The last person was Sakshi. Sakshi who plays Suahana was needed for the interrogation scene as she was going to report Sushant to the police (because she saw him sexually assault a young girl at a party) but then decides not to. As the director I wanted to shoot this scene to create a misdirect in the trailer. By showing everyone in the interrogation room the audience watching the trailer will never suspect that Suhana is the one who gets murdered. However, when they watch the film they will realise that the her interrogation room scene was for a different reason. I instructed Sakshi to say her line- “I have come to report a crime” in a confident manner to show that she knows something we don’t. It also portrays her characters self-confidence. Once Sakshi delivered the line correctly, we shot the other three shots and moved on to shoot the Halloween Party scene as the media studio was only available till 4pm.

Character Arc: Isha
Category:- Research and Planning
While writing the screenplay, Sakshi (Director), and I (Cinematographer) researched certain characters to create a character sketch for Isha. We both had our own personal views and inspiration to create the character sketch, and this is my take:
For Isha’s character, I took inspiration from TV and film characters that had an element of dark femininity. I mainly tried incorporating the personality traits of Anna Delvey from Inventing Anna, and The Bishop from The Red Notice. I wanted Isha to have a confident and fierce personality like The Bishop, and for her to be sly and manipulative while deceiving the other characters and the viewers with her seemingly charming persona.

I also looked at other characters from psychological thrillers that I watched for research. Kainaaz from Freddy is portrayed as an evil and again, manipulative female who essentially lead on the opposing character in the story. Similarly, in Isha’s dynamic with Vivan, she is leading him on.

Another character from a psychological thriller that Isha’s character is influenced by is Dolores Chanal from Shutter Island, who commits cold blooded murder and does not feel sorry about it, or feel like she did the wrong thing. This was an important element to add to Isha’s character as she reveals that she is a serial killer in the last scene, followed by which she kills Vivan.

So, experience how her journey began, why she chose us, how it started and how it is going.
What’s your journey from getting an opportunity at Techspian to winning the “Debutant of the Year” Award?
I graduated during the pandemic. The time was scary for someone just passed out with zero experience. As an engineering student, I began working on my core skills.
At the same time, I was looking for an internship position at a software company in Pune. And finally, after a few interview attempts, I was fortunate to be selected at Techspian. I am incredibly grateful for this internship opportunity. I have made all of it.
To summarize my journey till now—being responsible, finishing all project tasks on time, helping other team members to finish their tasks, and most importantly enjoying the process while doing all that.
What does growth mean to you at Techspian?
When you are exposed to learning about yourself and focusing on strengths—I believe that’s what growth means at Techspian.From a temporary role of NodeJS Intern to Associate Software Engineer to getting an appreciation from the leadership team. That acknowledgment is enough to continue to give my best. The core values and the people here make it a fun place to learn. The entire experience has had a positive influence on my life.
What will you always cherish about working with Techspian?
All the moments I spent here. I love being respected, empathized with, and thanked for everything. Moments like celebrating small wins and genuinely being happy for others’ success are some takeaways so far.
What do you love most about working at Techspian?
Firstly, it’s the people. The workspace shares a diverse culture. You spend time with talented folks across the industry. For instance, in my initial days, I happen to sit next to a guy who was fixing a production issue in the AWS cloud. Hearing my naïve doubts thrown at him, with a gentle smile he tends to explain to me the entire cloud platform. Later I learned that he’s a senior DevOps engineer at Techspian. I love the accessibility I have with seniors.
What’s your favorite me-time activity?
 I always make time for myself. And never live my hobbies as an option. In my spare time, I try connecting with new people and explore new ideas. I intend to learn at least one new thing in a day through books, or OTT content.
What is your advice for freshers in the tech industry?
Always be on your toes to face challenges. The world does not need another template, it requires another rebel. So, avoid thinking small, be patient and trust the process. Things will roll out in your favor at the right time.

Also on Sunday, I am here at office. I think I am the least sociable person in my neighborhood. I was watching Netflix at 2 pm and my phone's popped up notification "This is the app you are using more than 0.30 hrs." So I closed the app.
Upstairs Rani and her friends were chatting so I felt uncomfortable, and I left the room with my bike and went 8 km straight to never explored road. and then came back to office and here I am.
I fear loneliness. Sakshi can be my bestfriend. She visits me often but she has one negative things, she asks for favour too much, like if I were at home I can probably say that she may have asked for my scooty to bringhermom back to her room. So I choose not to go to home. She does this kind of things so that she can just save her scooty's fuel.
I need friends, good friends that's all.
