I am Kelly, My family is in danger. They are trapped in a city in Gaza called Rafah. They fled there because my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and the only chemo treatment she could receive was there. Due to a militia that is increasingly taking over the country and bombing hospitals, all of the disabled, sick and elderly had to flea to Rafah to get medical treatment. Hundreds of thousands of Gaza people fled out of Rafah earlier this week after the militia overtook the Gaza military. My family was unable to flee because my grandmother is elderly and sick.

As of yesterday, my grandmother, disabled aunt, aunt who is sick with Malaria and my two teenage girl cousins were trapped at the top of an apartment building that has been overtaken by militia. They are helpless.

My aunts are sick and they have been injured. My two cousins are just children. Please help my family in one of two ways.

Avoid an account called preggosblog / Big Belly Barsen

Edit: Seems like they've just changed their name AGAIN on here. Same old scammer. Don't fall for it.

Here's warning to avoid an account called Preggosblog / Big Belly Barsen. Straight up a scam. Do not listen to them, and do not trust them. They've also been known as CiCi2Tact (which is still their name on Twitter) and preggotingz. They say they offer both pre-recorded and custom preg content for sale, and I thought they were another model in the scene but not only did they lie, they took the money I'd paid them, lied about the customs, and then blocked me. Do not trust them, they are not legit. They will lie and do all they can to get more and more money from you.

I hate that I even have to MAKE this post. I'm generally a very private person with what I buy or commission, but this is disgusting behaviour that shouldn't be entertained in this community.

ATTENTION: ART THIEF AND SCAMMER

I know that I have reblogged some posts about this person, hoelys-blog, already but I think I should try to condense the info down to one post and provide some updates (updated information will be colored like this, or featured towards the bottom of the post.)

This person, who has identified himself as Lino to someone who measaged me (who was scammed by him), reaches out to you via DM to promote that they have commissions going on. Showcasing art that they have stolen and altered from other people. As far as I know, only one artist was able to get majority of their work taken off of this guy's "commission post(s)". I have reblogged some posts about that artists experience, you can see all the posts I mention if you search the #hoelys-blog tag on my blog or by clicking on any posts tagged as that.

Any effort to call out this scammer on his posts are made in vain- he deletes any reply or reblogged comment so that folks visiting his page cannot see any attempt at warning on his posts- UNLESS YOU CHECK THE REBLOG AREA AND VIEW THE TAGS.

He saw my attempts to warn people, deleted my replies/comments on his posts and I woke up to see that he changed his blog name.

Here are all of his blogs that we know of:

A former name for one of these current blogs is decaffeinatedharmonypaper

All of his blogs feature stolen and altered artwork, and most are advertising that their commissions are open. If any of you know any of the stolen pieces' original artists, please let that artist know so that they can file the proper reports.

What we can do in the meantime is report each post that has stolen artwork promoting that he has commissions open. This goes for anyone that you see that does this- you report them for phishing. What I did was also provide a link to a post that showcases the the source of each stolen piece of work within that post. Tumblr support will reach out and ask you to provide links to the report you make!

Speaking of, you can access that particular post via the #hoelys-blog tag, look for a post made by @tamiisnthere!

This person also seems to make their rounds in different fandoms based off of tags that I've read- so it is not just One Piece or DBZ.

This person is known to be manipulative in the DMs, and get you to take pitty on them. They also will straight up beg. So I emphasize DO NOT ANSWER BACK WHEN HE DMS YOU. Just report commission posts as phishing before you block him and delete the convo. If you do talk with him, screenshot/keep your messages so that you have proof.

If you have been scammed by this man, please report the account(s) he used so that you can get your money back. He uses multiple PayPal accounts, someone that was scammed by him has given me each email that they are aware of. (I am debating if I post them or not...)

I highly encourage people speak of their experience with this person in the comments or in reblogs of this post. That way we can see how deep this rabbit hole goes.

By all means, do NOT harass this person. Please only report and block him!

This is a message between someone who has gotten scammed by Lino and I. They asked to remain anonymous, some of the info you'll see in the screenshots have already been applied in the post earlier. This convo took place on 1/04/2023.

I will not be releasing details such as his full name or his emails at this moment. I believe that this information should be known to people who have been scammed or whose work has been stolen first. If anyone has been scammed by this man, or work has been stolen and need certain information to file reports, please message me.

SCAMMER EXPOSED/UPDATED @carohelminski

@carohelminski refused to refund my $90 after I gave her 24 hours to do so. She ignored my requests for a refund. She only sent my reading one day later on March 25, 2023, after I made a public post on Tumblr requesting a refund on March 24, 2023.

She claimed that since she didn't see my messages and because she sent my reading in 30 days, she won't issue a refund.

I disputed my purchase of bad service with the bank because I couldn't resolve it with her. She is unprofessional.

A list of lies that she made to me.

1. First, she emailed me on March 2, 2023, and said my reading was ready but never sent it. After I sent her the remaining 40% of payment, she emailed and said she's not at home, so she can't have access to my reading. She will send it when she's home. This was the first time, so I gave her the benefit of a doubt. I waited, but she never sent her reading. I emailed her to check up on my reading on March 16, 2023, but no reply from her either.

2. I had to message her on Tumblr on March 16, 2023, as she didn't answer my email. She said that she left my reading in her drafts and will check asap, but nothing happened again. I waited for a week. I messaged her again on March 23, 2023, but there was no reply. I demanded a refund on March 24, 2023, and no reply either.

3. Then, I have to make a public post on Tumblr requesting my refund and ask everyone to reblog on March 24, 2023, because there is no way to reach her. She didn't answer my email or messages.

4. She sent her reading one day after my post on March 25, 2023. She claimed she didn't see my messages, so she didn't know I wanted the refund. She said that since I agreed with her term, as long as her reading was sent in 30 days, she won't issue the refund.

5. She refused that she never lied to me when clearly she said my reading was ready weeks ago but didn't send it because she didn't have access to it?!

6. She claimed she has personal issues that why she can't reply on time.

7. She said she rarely used Tumblr, so she didn't check my messages when she reblogged her posts recently on March 22, 2023.

I don't care about her excuses. She is unprofessional no matter what. She ignored my email and messages that I had to make a public post to get her noticed. And she still refused to refund my money.

Apparently, there are other clients whom she hasn't sent the reading to either since September. So I'm not the only one getting scammed by her.

Please reblog this post so nobody will get scammed by her in the future.

Putting this out there for y'all but I'm 99% sure this is a scam.

I'm wary about this kind of stuff since I've heard people run scams like this. Generally I don't blog about this kind of stuff, but if you follow me on Cohost or Twitter, you know I will sometimes retweet people in need -- but I never do it at random, I always try to make sure it is coming from someone I marginally trust or even know personally. Never strangers.

So when a "stranger" approaches me in my tumblr ask box, immediately I go about investigating.

This user's blog passes the first sniff test: a seemingly "real" avatar (not a default shape, not a stolen selfie), there's an actual blog description, and they even have some likes.

Red flag number one: This blog has only made six posts. I have post timestamps turned on, so I can see that all six posts were made on January 31st of this year. Nothing before that date, and nothing after that date.

Red flag number two: Five of those six posts are reblogs (generic animal memes). The only original blog is the pinned post about the supposed cat. No other pictures of the cat, no other pictures of the daughter, no other posts about lifestyle or interests in any shape or form.

Red flag number three: Though the blog has some likes, they only have seven likes, five of which are also the things they reblogged. One of which is someone publicly boosting their message about the supposed cat.

Red flag number four: Tumblr lets you view a blog's following list, so you can see who they follow. This user is following at least two obvious spambots (empty blog, default shape avatar).

Red flag number five: They don't even follow me. How did they find my blog? On what grounds do they think I'd be a good fit to boost their message? I do not signal boost charity on tumblr very often, as stated.

Red flag number six: Their pinned post mentions they "have a paypal" but they're gathering money through some obscure crowdfunding platform I've never heard of ("because gofundme takes too much money out.") I haven't clicked their link, but I did google the site name, and it's some sort of social media profile card service (like linktree) that also lets you raise money. The service lists high profile clients, most of which may as well be fake clip art images for all I know, outside of the Comedy Central logo. Not super trustworthy.

Red flag number seven: "Try to answer this ask privately." Why? Because it's obvious this is all super suspicious?

Nobody wants to be heartless, which is exactly what this message is built to prey upon. If this person's cat is real, my heart truly goes out to it, because I've lost many pets over the years. Some of which had their health decline so rapidly they literally died in my arms as we were rushing to the vet emergency room. I've been more emotionally wrecked by some pet deaths than people I knew.

So I don't want to inflict that on anyone.

But the red flags are overwhelming. This person is not to be trusted. Be on your guard with what you share, folks.

So I just found out that a commission I just got done for me, was traced and i was overcharged.

There Tumblr is Spo-kaka

Before i commissioned him, they were on of the people wanting to help with Therapist Sans design. I wasn't a big fan of his style for it, and already had people i was working with and liked what i had seen for them.

Before i told him i was going to go with other artists, i was constantly messaging me in the middle of the night

So i decided to Commission him instead for his trouble. They said they were in a bind and needed money for rent. Ive been in this situation, so i decided to help out.
