How many works do you have on AO3?

technically 47, but only 38 are available for reading right now.

What’s your total AO3 word count?

229706 words… a bit disappointing considering that i have been using my account since 2015 :/

How many fandoms have you written for and what are they?

hmm… i have written for more fandoms, but currently on my ao3 there are five different ones: yuri on ice, haikyuu!!, mo dao zu shi, scum villain, and word of honor. here's the complete list.

What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

1. unexpected cohabitation (svsss, lqg/sy)

2. For the sake of convenience (mdzs, nhs/jc)

(kinda sad because i wrote a bunch of yoi fics and yet, there's no yoi fics here lol 😔)

Do you respond to comments, why or why not?

i always respond to comments! i don't get comments too often so i really appreciate it when people take a moment of their time to let me know what they think about my writing.

What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

i don't like angsty endings so i don't write angsty endings lol… but i suppose some of my fics have endings that are more open and not completely happy like the one i wrote for the screvenge au zine: When midnight approaches (mdzs, nhs/jc).

Do you write crossovers? If so what is the craziest one you’ve written?

no, i really don't like crossovers so i have never written one 😩 i'm currently trying to change that by writing my first (and probably only) crossover ever, but it's definitely not a crazy one.

Have you ever received hate on a fic?

yes. i have gotten generic hate by a fandom troll that i don't care about, but also Real Hate that makes me want to cry sometimes 😔

Do you write smut? If so what kind?

i have written smut, but it's mostly to experiment with my writing and not because it's something i like to do lol so i don't do it often (like,, once or twice every couple of years). it's the kind of smut i, a very aroace person, am comfortable with, which means it's subtle and not very explicit lol.

Have you ever had a fic stolen?

yeah 😭 i haven't talked a lot about this (but i think i should lol), and i don't know if this counts exactly as having a fic stolen, but i still want to cry when i remember this and my writing was used without my permission, so in my book that's enough to call it stealing??

anyway, someone translated one of my fics (won't name the fic/fandom but it's one of the fics that i hold closer to my heart which makes this worse lol) without my permission, posted it, and then went off in the comments trying to explain my writing like they were the original author while they keep mentioning how much my fic hurt their eyes. i don't speak their language, so i don't know if they made changes to my fic, or something like that 😔 and i only noticed about this because someone else got in contact with me to ask for my permission to translate another one of my fics. afterward, i stated on twt and ao3 that i don't allow any kind of use of my writing without my permission and the translation was taken down, but now it's been a few months and it's back online 🙃 (i suppose they thought i forgot about this 😭).

Have you ever had a fic translated?

yes! last year a cold winter morning (mdzs, nhs/jc) [x] and and they were teammates… oh my god! they were teammates [x] got russian translations by kind people.

Have you ever co-written a fic before?

technically no, but i have planned a couple of fics with a friend before and even though i did all the writing, i still consider them a collaboration. i really want to co-write a fic with someone, though, i think it'd be an interesting experience lol.

What’s your all time favourite ship?

i don't know. my heart is big enough to love a bunch of ships with the same intensity ❤️ lol, but now that we're talking about my writing, i suppose it'd be fair to let my ao3 speak, so i guess these two are the top contenders:

iwaoi is not there, but also iwaoi.

What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

i have a lot of wips that i don't think i'll ever finish for a lot of reasons. one of them is a non traditional soulmate au that i wanted to write because i don't like soulmate aus, but at the same time i don't like that idea enough to keep working on it, at least not right now.

What are your writing strengths?

according to former betas, my writing is easy to read and i am good at writing characters' feelings, so i guess those are.

What are your writing weaknesses?

i'm a sloooow writer, i'm not consistent, i avoid writing longfics, i'm bad at descriptions and struggle with dialogue… the list goes on.

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

in some cases i think it contributes positively to the fic! but in others it's just… too awkward, overused, and weird (don't want to generalize, but some writers only speak one language and it shows). in any case, italicizing dialogue and indicating it's a different language it's the most practical solution to do this and avoid mistakes.

personally, i have done both: include short sentences in languages i know with translations in the notes, and italicizing for languages i don't know or when the dialogue is long or doesn't influence the plot).

What was the first fandom you wrote for?

it was phineas and ferb way over a decade ago, back when i was only able to write in spanish because my english was terrible.

What’s your favourite fic you’ve written?

that's s difficult question because i can't pick favorites and i'm my #1 hater.

i still like Long yearning (mdzs, nhs/jc) a lot, it was the first fic i completed for the pairing and probably my best one. From sunset to daybreak (mdzs, gen) is also one of the best i've written? for yoi... i suppose Oh Hero! My Hero! (viktuuri + minor pairings) is not to bad even though it's not a Serious Fic™

Omg, the SCRevenge AU is so fucking good. The plot, characterisations, everything were just *chef's kiss* And not mention all those immensely talented people who contributed to the zine.

After Nie Mingjue fell at the hands of Meng Yao, Nie Huaisang was kept under house arrest in the Unclean Realm,then put into position of sect leader by Qishan Wen at the end of the rebellion /Sunshot. Out of his depth and grieving for his brother, he has a long road ahead of him.

But all of that changed, when he is sent on a mission to root out an assassin that has been attacking Qishan Wen disciples, and discovers that Jiang-xiong is still alive…
