omg i do OT and there’s so much psychology behind OT, it got its roots in mental health and i also love people and im such an empath it gets me in trouble at work sisjdje but i CANT help it. i just want to help people get back to their best selves 🥹

It's really hard to separate sometimes, I'm sure!! Especially in this line of work because it can also be draining to have people lay their heavier burdens on you! So we have to remember to have a boundary for our own sake!

Honestly, Covid HAHAH when everything shut down and school was kind of on pause, I got really into writing and thought it would be easier to pursue from home! And it kind of stuck! And I have lots of motivation for it, especially now! And Tumblr was such a huge part of that, so even if I eventually leave, I will be so incredibly grateful for the time and practice I got to have here!!

What about you?? Did you feel a particular calling to OT?? TOTALLY don't have to answer if you don't want!

I have read Milk and Honey but unfortunately am not very fond of it. Some of the poems were powerful, touching and some bland, peculiar. It's a scatter of numerous ideas which would beautiful if put together.

For someone who's read a good deal of poetry, of both foreign and english languages , I found the anthology..rather... underwhelming. I wouldn't read it again. Albeit, I do understand the hype behind it, it's a collection of very common, mediocre work. But that's my outlook! You're free to try it out for yourself, of course. You may think otherwise.
