what note-taking template do you use? to answer this, my most current and favorite note-taking templates are these neutral colored note-taking templates

when i first started using goodnotes, i was only using their templates (which i still love and use)!!! i’ve grown to love this neutral cream colored digital paper as well as the deep brown colored paper. i hope you guys love it as much as i do and p.s. they come with 8 matching notebook covers (y’all know i love the matching aesthetic)

long time no post!

i’ve neglected my tumblr account for some time now but i’m back and better! this previous semester of nursing school did a number on me and i wasn’t feeling motivated to run this account. with some time off and plenty of time to get my future on track, i’m back with new products on my Etsy shop and i’m so excited to share them with you guys!

a little update on how my med-surg clinicals are going! yesterday i was able to:

- set up my first IV drip

- assist with a straight catheter

- do a head-to-toe assessment

- an assessment of the cranial nerves

- assess using the NIH stroke scale

- learn how to give medications via a dobhoff tube

- collect a urinalysis

although this may be simple tasks to some, i was very excited to do all these tasks! (i’m the biggest nerd for nursing)

surprise! wanted to start off the new year with a new freebie for you guys.
