Day Twenty: May 12, 2015 | Space Center, Houston (2/2)

Part one here.

We are now entering how the spaceship was created with all of these wires.

There’s so much wires involved because of technology and the communication system all the way from space to earth.

All these codes are so complicated. This one is connecting to a satellite somewhere in space.

And we can see it’s location from here. It’s amazing how technology has evolved.

On to the next tour, to see the actual spaceship!

Saturn V. According to Wikipedia, this was used by Nasa Between 1967 and 1973.

As of 2019, he Saturn V remains the tallest, heaviest, and most powerful rocket ever brought to operational status.

Mr. Armstrong being the first man to land in the moon. Salute to you, Sir!

This is what it feels like to be inside the control room of the spaceship. It’s similar to an aircraft’s control room but the different is that with this, you can fly all the way to space.

Now this is what space looks like. Looks so pretty

This is what there cabin looks like. It consists of just a bed for sleeping.

The people in this picture is my sister, brother, and dad. They were trying to answer a test together about NASA and some history of space.

Day Twenty: May 12, 2015 | Space Center, Houston (1/2)

Coming here to the Houston Space Center makes my inner child excited because somewhere in my childhood, I’ve always wanted to be an astronaut since I really love to stargaze up until now.

NASA means National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Lol, I just searched it since the internet has everything.

Hello there Mr. Astronaut and my GA ticket. Lol

They have exhibits and theaters too where they can showcase what it looks like to be in space and can learn the simple science of space.

Ooh, I really l really like this and how good it’ll look with my denim jacket.

This. period. Yes! There is no racism in space.

It’s very educational being here in the Space Center.

We even watched a film about space. They play it every hour. I forgot what this was about.

Since the area is very big, they have a diner and talking about diners, it is time to eat our lunch.

They had this cool tumblers which I really liked but not to point of buying it because I think it would be expensive too.

Those tents look really cool but I’m not sure if you call them tents though. Lol, this is their canteen so we had to buy food here for our lunch.

We got pizza for our lunch! This huge ass pizza and it was just enough for all of us. There were drinks along with this pizza but it wasn’t part of the picture.

Now that we were done eating our lunch, it was time to get back in the tour.

Since the place is huge, we have to transfer to another museum or venue since we wanted to look around the place.
