this is it. unit 6 of the apartment building the photographer’s manager had directed you to.

this is actually pretty surreal to you. you’re meeting up with world renowned photographer, jung wooyoung. he’s known for photographing celebrities but he hasn’t done that in quite some time.

you knock on the door. four times. you hear some shuffling behind the door before a beautiful man opens the door. the wind is almost knocked out of you when he opens the door.

Anniversary Slumber Party

It was currently 6:00pm, an hour before the party began. Currently, Jennie, Chungha, and Nayeon were getting ready in the upstairs vanity located in Jennie’s mansion. The two had spent the night previously before to “prep” and “help” set up for the slumber party. The three are used to being catered to so their idea of “helping” is taste testing the wine and food to make sure it is “suiting” for the party, “Are you sure they don’t need help?” Chungha frowned feeling sympathy for the staff which made Nayeon chuckle, “Aren’t you supposed to be a princess?” Jennie scoffed handing her a glass “They’re fine, now taste this” she instructed, handing another glass to Nayeon. The girls spent the night chit chatting about their lives, school, dating etc.

Even though it was a slumber party, the girls still needed to pamper themselves, still wanting to be the best looking, “So what are your friends like?” Chungha asked while Jennie was doing her makeup, “Friends? Close the shop yourselves” she glared to the two boys laughing, “yeah, should’ve mentioned she is quite feisty and doesn’t really trust men” Jungkook explained still having a smug look “shit, she barely trusts us” Woosung added, Changkyun stood there in disbelief, he was offended but was lowkey turned on by how strong she was. After closing shop, the three men joined Soyeon, “probably best if you sit in the back” Woo suggested.

She was here first so there for she called “dibs” “Felix and I were just talking, so give us a minute won’t you?” She sent Irene a fake smile as she tugged on Felix’s arm. Today your group was appearing on a variety show alongside another group. At first you thought you'd be with another girl group, but as you got there you learned that it was a boy group. You thought it was unusual but weren't against the idea. You could hear the other group talking from your changing room and you thought the voices were famiiar but couldn't put your finger on who it was.

Your group and you got ready and then you headed out to the set. To your surprise you got there first. Your members and you talked together as the hosts talked between themselves. A few minutes later the other group walked on set and your eyes grew kinda big.

You then realized who the voice you heard belonged to. It was Won Hyuk's.

''E'last?'' one of your member said.

''Are we really about to compete against them? If there's any strength contest we're gonna lose for sure'' another said, to which the other members agreed.

''Let's see and wait'' your leader said.

The hosts introduced you to each other and you couldn't help but look at Yejun. He was handsome and tall. He seemed kind of cold and intimidating so you hoped he was gonna warm up as the filming would start.

The filming went on for a bit, a few challenges went by and so far it was 2-1 for E'last, which they were very proud.

''For the next challenge the members will be picked randomly!'' one of the hosts announced.

This could go very wrong depending on what the challenge would be. The hosts handed each of your group's leader a box and explained that they would be picking a paper with the name of a member on it, and that member would be competing in the challenge.

''(y/n)'' your leader announced.

You looked at her and walked forward.

''If this is a singing challenge we stand a chance'' your main rapper said as you were the main vocalist of your group.

But you knew that E'last had a lot of very good vocalists too so if it indeed was a singing chanllenge and that you were against one of them you could lose. And you needed to get the point for your group to make the score equal.

Rano wiggled his hand in the box and grabbed a paper before opening it and smiling to himself.

''Yejun'' he said.

Yejun stepped forward to meet you in the middle and he gave you a smile. You smiled back and waited for the host to expain the challenge.

''Very interesting duo! Now for this challenge, it's pretty simple. All you have to do is recognize the song playing and then dance it''

You could hear your group cheering happily because you were especially good at those challenges. You didn't know if Yejun was, so it gave you a bit of trust in yourself.

You both got ready and waited for the music to start playing. First song was Siren by Sunmi and you recognized it immediately and yelled the name of the song out. After getting up you danced a part of it and felt all the eyes on you. Your members cheered and you could hear Hyuk and Wonjun say you were a great dancer, which made you blush under your, thankfully, thick makeup.

As you got back up Yejun congratulated you and you chuckled some and thanked him.

For the next few rounds, you were ahead by 3 points. The next song started playing, and you recognized it. But so did Yejun.

''Monsta X Beautiful Liar!'' you both yelled out.

You looked at each other and waited for the host to give permission to one of you.

''Yejun'' one of them said.

You pouted and sat back down as both you and Yejun got up in excitation. You watched as Yejun danced and smiled excitedly when you noticed he did a mistake.

''DDANG!!'' the second host yelled as he noticed the mistake.

You were quick to get back up on your feet and dance the choreography correctly, which got your group cheering loudly.

''Woah she's good'' In said.

''Point goes to [group name]!'' the host said as you finished dancing with the music fading out.

The hosts called a break and you sat back besides Yejun and he smiled.

''Pretty sure, I just love these challenges, we often do it by ourselves at our dorm and I always win''

Yejun laughed.

''I can see why if this is the competition they're against''

You chuckled again and smiled. You two got up and mixed in with your two groups, all talking together while enjoying some water.

The cold and intimidating Yejun you saw at the beginning was now far and all you could see was a happy puppy. You had to admit he was cute. You two talked a lot during the break and you realized you had a lot in common.

Your talk was cut short as you had to resume the filming. You and Yejun finished your challenge after 3 more rounds and you won the challenge, making the score now 2-2. It was gonna make or break with the last challenge which included all members. As your group consisted of 6 members and they were 8, you had one of them come over to your team to even it out. And the hosts picked Yejun. You weren't mad at it, he was a good teammate.

Your team and the rest of the boys competed in the last challenge which was to steal each person's flag and the first team to be out of flags lost. And in the end it was a tie, leaving only you and Romin on the floor running after the other. Luckily for you, you were quick on your feet and managed to turn around at the last second to avoid him. You two kept running after the other, but that was until you managed to steal Romin's flag. Your team members, including Yejun, screamed at your victory as you ran around the set waving his yellow flag. Your group members ran to you and hugged you to celebrate your victory.

The hosts announced you were the winning team and that you had the privilege to perform your newest comback. You all got in place and started dancing as the music started. You were the first one to sing in the song and started singing as your line started. You felt 10 pair of eyes on you but you weren't nervous as it was your job. You kept performing and then prepared yourself for your high note, which was coming soon.

As your members placed themselves in their position, leaving only standing, you did your high note. Everyone had their mouth open and the cameraman made sure to film E'last to have footage to show during the airing. A few seconds later you finished performing and shortly after that the filming ended. You headed back to the snack section to get a bottle of water and saw Yejun walking towards you.

''That was so good! How were so steady?'' he asked all impressed which made you chuckle.

''Well thanks! I would've liked to hear you perform live though''

''Next week at Show Champion you will!'' Yejun said with a smile.

''Yes that's true, I look forward to it then'' you said before taking a sip of water.

Yejun smiled and you all walked back to the changing rooms.

As your group was ready to leave, Yejun approached you when you were alone.

''Hey, since we got along so well I was wondering if you wanted to exchange numbers so we can keep in touch''

You looked at him and smiled.

''Yes of course!''

You both took out your phones and exchanged numbers before leaving in your respective cars. It didn't take long before Yejun texted you and you two kept the chemistry you had on set going.
