I don’t think we talk enough about how causal the relationship might be between suicidality and a trans identity, and not the other way around.

It seems to me that some suicidal people are attracted to transition as a method of symbolic suicide. The whole modern method is an exercise in throwing yourself away. Your old name is dead. You get to demand people eliminate or alter all photographic or documented evidence of your former life, from your parents to the government. You’re promised a different face, a different body. A new ID. New spaces. Your parents are abusing and rejecting you if they still think about the old you. Most importantly, your hatred of yourself is validated. You were right to hate yourself— of course you did when you were born wrong! Your self-hatred is now some strange new axis of activism, where what you hated was imposed upon you by people you now get to fight. The old self is hated and eliminated to be replaced by a shallow cutout of stereotyped whimsy. By believing that men and women are so deeply and fundamentally different, you are promised transition into something other than human. Hormone injections shall transform you into a different creature that doesn't even think the way you thought. Women are whimsical creatures that do nothing but shop and preen and it’s an asset to be brainless. Men are formless blobs where it’s normal not to care about anything or anyone, just sit around growing a beer gut all day, and that’s totally not a mutation created by patriarchy, it’s just normal and fulfilling when you’re a man. Nothing like the old you that had expectations, responsibilities, needs, and desires.

The very nature of today's terminally online trans identity scoops up the already suicidal. And it all becomes a great surprise that morale goes through the floor once the procedures are done and the dream of inhumanity vanishes.

Hey, has anyone else experienced the thing where you point out a normie's BLATANT double standards and they act like it's an epiphany?

For example: A male classmate saw a photo of a woman with unshaved legs and reacted with disgust. When I asked why, he said she was unhygienic for not shaving. But when I said, "So, you and 99% of males are unhygienic as well?" He got all wide eyed and was like, "Wow, I've never thought about it like that before." THE FUCK YOU MEAN YOU'VE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT? YOU'VE RUN AROUND WITH HAIRY LEGS YOUR WHOLE LIFE! 😭 I was just really speechless.

In school, I knew a girl that was lesbophobic. When asked why, she said that lesbians are predatory because they are attracted to women, so she doesn't want to be around them. I asked if she also felt the same about the guys she partied with, who were straight and therefore also attracted to women. Again, she said she never considered that 💀

I've seen this happen many more times and I'm wondering wtf is happening here? It's not like realizing the double standards here require any theory to think about it. It just seems like it should be common sense? Does anyone have any insight about how and why this kind of cognitive dissonance happens so frequently? I'm genuinely curious 🤔

This is the shit I've been talking about. Female celebs are expected to wear uncomfortable or painful outfits for the sake of "looking good" at events, but male celebs can just wear a tux and call it a day. So many women have to ride in their limos while standing up because they either don't want to risk wrinkling/harming the fabric of their dress or because their clothes do not bend enough to let them sit. The event they're going to hasn't even started yet and she's still not allowed to be comfortable. Insane.

i frequent teacher Reddit and teacher TikTok and i just saw this horrifying TikTok from a woman saying her pregnancy was ended by a first grader and what’s even more disturbing is that other teachers in the comments seconded the fact their pregnancy was ended by a student hitting/kicking/punching/running into their stomach while it was known they were pregnant, and also that they felt they had to hide their pregnancy until it was impossible to because they knew they had a violent child in their elementary school class who would target this about them if they happened to become upset because they were very violent and psychopathic.

Honestly we don’t talk enough about the violence in many forms that women teachers experience from students and often specifically male students. Also that hitting, kicking, punching, or in any way targeting a woman’s stomach while she is pregnant is reproductive violence against women, and this is something that CANNOT happen to men or men cannot be targeted for.

Men can say oh a kid kicked me in the nuts is that not targeting me for being a man. And in my opinion the answer is no because that’s just targeted towards trying to be the most painful to the person and it happens that that’s where it is for a man, and while it is physical abuse it’s not reproductive targeting or abuse.

And also not only is the woman not pregnant anymore, it’s not like the fetus just reabsorbs and is gone, it likely sends this woman to the hospital and causes her to have a miscarriage, which most if not all miscarriages are deeply traumatizing and disturbing, not to mention they can be very painful if you are further along in your pregnancy.

I may not want to be a mother, but i will always speak up for and defend mothers.

I said this once on my old account, and I'm going to say it again: even if a TiM in a women's shelter isn't actively misbehaving towards the women in the shelter (and momentarily ignoring the fact, of course, that many of them do), by being there, he is still taking a bed away from actual biological women who have nowhere else to go. About 99% of biological women who are homeless become so due to domestic violence, and going back home could mean death for them. Meanwhile, most TiMs have experienced a male puberty, and could more than handle themselves in a male shelter. Yes, even TiMs who are on cross-sex hormones and have had cosmetic surgeries in hopes of "passing" as a woman. You are still significantly physically stronger than most women are; you'll be fine in the men's shelter. And, if they feel that there aren't enough shelters for guys, or that they want ones explicitly for trans people, they can always go out and build them. You know, like women did for ours? It's not our sex's job to compensate you with our beds and shelters that we took the time and effort specifically to set aside for ourselves. Not when our lives are on the line, and the only thing you risk injuring is your ego. That's not our problem. You deal with it, and then go find a bed at a men's shelter. No, I am not sorry for you. Go cry to someone who cares.
