Camel Safari in the Thar Desert, India | Thar Dessert India

Our teacher left as scheduled.  We located our seats in our third-tier AC elegance cabin. We’ve now attempted second AC, third AC, and sleeper elegance. We departed Delhi at five:35pm and are scheduled to reach Jaisalmer the following morning at eleven:30am? (Currently writing on the educate) Our berth on the train becomes quite crowded; it is meant to house 8 humans, as there are 8 beds. Before bedtime, the middle bunk is folded down and all eight human beings sit alongside the bottom beds the use of them as chairs. However there have been more than 8 people in our berth…surely no person cares about in which their seat is, and people who don’t pay for tickets in advance come on the train to the overall class, purchase a price tag after which discover their way onto the nicer AC cabins and soak up seats. Incredibly stressful.

The Golden City of Jaisalmer

Upon arriving at the railway station we were accosted by way of dozens of men seeking to promote us rides into the city.  Since it’s off-season any enterprise during the day is a great day for them.  We bounce within the return of a jeep and pay 10rp ($zero.15) to get to the gate of the castle.  As we walk interior I start feeling nostalgic.  I begin recalling much stuff from the last time I become here (7 years in the past).  Our motel is known as the “Saffron Guest House” but I ought to ask humans where to Monsoon Palace is because the call was changed some time ago and that’s the handiest name people will don't forget.  I am taken to the building however it’s all locked up.  We analyze that the owner also runs some other, larger, guesthouse on the other facet of the fort.  We are shown to it and meet the owner.  He explains because it’s off-season the house has been locked up but he is ready to expose us to it.

Camel Safari

meet luca madelaine costanzo, a pediatric surgeon. born in seattle, she was raised by her father, a low class mechanic. she never met her mother, nor has she ever gotten any answers from her father of her whereabouts. however, she carries the picture she found under his bed.

begrudgingly so, she doesn’t speak to her father anymore. she sends him money, she sends him a card on his birthday, she sends him a gift on christmas’ day, but they haven’t spoken since she left his house.

( i’m mostly thinking of house’s thirteen’s plot with a few tweaks, tbh. mother had a genetic condition, father hid it from her, so she never took the test to know if she has it or not. )

she wasn’t very popular at school; always hiding behind a book and too often seen as ‘out of it’ by her peers, she had trouble connecting with other kids. which, oddly, she grew out of it seeing as she decided to pursuit a career in the pediatric field.

as far as personality goes, she comes off as one of pure confidence, and extremely professionalism to her peers. she aims for perfection in whatever she aspires to do and she doesn’t fraternize while she’s doing her job. and, unless talking to a child, she’ll remain stoic and unintentionally distant. however, outside of the environment of a hospital, she can be cheerful, comical, fun. 

she always puts her patients first. at any time, any hour. if her patients need her, she’ll drop anything and everything and run to their aid.

she hasn’t been in a relationship since college.
