I just need to say a really weird thing about Dawn {empires season 2} and Grian

Gemintay's Dawn is the city of the sun,right? I think we all know that by now. But also, Grian means sun in in both Irish and Scottish gaelic.

And also, in Gem's episode 2 or 3 of empires,she sends a threat to Joel for also having a bee farm when her main export is honey. On it, it simply said:

just watched a tiktok which featured a blue disco ball and had the most VIOLENT memory of being in yr 4 and having to go see the school counselor. i was told it was bc i needed to do gifted program stuff bc i was so far ahead of the class that i was bored (which is true it was boring and i was far ahead of everyone else) but i had been bamboozled. i was actually there for anger management issues??? def did not have those idk what my parents were telling the school but i swear to you all i did not have anger management issues? a short temper, yes. anger management issues????? no???? anyway the only thing i remember from this wild experience was that the counselor told me to envision a blue disco ball when i was angry in order to “ground myself” or smthg and calm down. ???????????????? WHAT WAS THIS ?????????????????????????? anyway i was only at the school for like 16 months before i moved to a different country 😁😁😁

i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.

You guys rlly don't realise how much knowledge is still not committed to the internet. I find books all the time with stuff that is impossible to find through a search engine- most people do not put their magnum opus research online for free and the more niche a skill is the less likely you are to have people who will leak those books online. (Nevermind all the books written prior to the internet that have knowledge that is not considered "relevant" enough to digitise).

Whenever people say that we r growing up with all the world's knowledge at our fingertips...it's not necessarily true. Is the amount of knowledge online potentially infinite? Yes. Is it all knowledge? No. You will be surprised at the niche things you can discover at a local archive or library.
