'Dillon Danis: The Unstoppable Rise In MMA - A Journey Beyond The Cage!'
Mixed martial arts fighter Dillon Danis flies on private jets, has 784,000 Instagram followers and regularly posts photos of himself with Drake, Jennifer Lopez and David Beckham.
His Twitter bio is just one word: 'icon.'
'It’s kind of crazy,' the four-time jujitsu world champion tells The Post. 'Being young and getting this popularity, free things and girls everywhere.'
But despite the 25-year-old’s flashy lifestyle and supersize ego, Danis — a Parsippany, NJ, native who now lives in Chelsea — has been in only one professional MMA fight (against Kyle Walker, in April 2018).
Danis fighting an internet celebrity represents a massive fall from grace for the former MMA prospect who was tipped to be a future world champion.

Conchita Wurst enchanted the crowds on the Kiel City Hall Square
Conchita Wurst at the Classic Open Air on the Rathausbühne. An instant hit.
The figure, artist and galleon figure of the LGBTQ community excellently interpreted mainly the international hits of the big stars accompanied by the Kiel Philharmonic Orchestra.
With tightly combed hair, in a white glitter jumpsuit with a huge neckline, showing freely a well-trained (male) upper body, the audience favorite, born as Thomas Neuwirth and mutated into a bird of paradise, floated across the stage. The myriad of fans, who had gathered on the town hall square, joined in from the first moment and made the concert a real blast.
A feline suppleness characterizes Conchita's movements throughout the performance. Everything stays with the flow. The really big pop gestures, however, give way to an almost modest restraint. Again and again he pays respect to the Philharmoniker behind him. With Johannes Schweiger (piano), Lukas Klement (percussion), Felix Reischl (guitar) and Ross Stanciu (bass), there was also a band in between, which contributed to the success of the show. Especially the quiet version of "Over The Rainbow" accompanied only on the piano or the tight percussion accents set in the new arrangement of "All I Wanna Do".
Conchita Wurst also sang "Rise Like A Phoenix" in Kiel
The set list essentially comprised titles from the debut album "Conchita" and the follow-up "From Vienna With Love" recorded with the Wiener Symphoniker. This is a testimony to Conchita's experiences, which he has already been able to gather while working with various orchestras.
Ranging from Andy Williams' “Where Do I Begin” to “Colors Of The Wind” from Disney's Pocahontas, “Writings On The Wall” from Bond's Specter, Queen's ”Show Must Go On”, Alanis Morissette's “Uninvited” and Prince's “Purple Rain” to Hildegard Knef's “Für mich soll’s rote Rosen regnen’’ and – as a last encore – of course “Rise Like A Phoenix”. The number with which Conchita Wurst won the ESC in 2014 and in the course of which started a very remarkable career.
The Kiel Philharmonic created a lot of glamor on the town hall square
Everything at its finest. Under the always experienced and energetic direction of general music director Benjamin Reiners, the symphonic arrangements of the songs created a lot of glamor and glory. Vocally, Conchita was up to par with very few exceptions, even if the power of the orchestra sometimes took the upper hand. The orchestra also delighted with purely orchestral works, such as the "Carmen Overture" as the opener or an excerpt from Gershwin's Broadway treasure "Girl Crazy".
The town hall square in Kiel was too crowded to dance along
The crowds were ecstatic. However, the town hall square was simply too crowded to dance along. At most a bit of groove went here and there. The fans crowded all the way to the booths at the back end and some of the access roads were also blocked. What a setting! Only the seagulls circling overhead enjoyed their physical freedom. So singing along to some songs was the order of the day, such as "Purple Rain" or "Für mich soll’s rote Rosen regnen".
Of course, clapping along if you could get your hands over your head past your close neighbor was also a must. But it wasn't just Conchita hero worship. The conductor and his Philharmonic (“Here is your orchestra”) were also enthusiastically celebrated. Until the end, until the "Phoenix" joined the seagulls - and the glamor star threw a fervent "unbelievable" to his followers.
