Rascal Skitty feign a sweet and thoughtless demeanor like their purebred kin, but the behavior is no more than a ploy to steal from those gullible enough to trust it.
Bandit Delcatty are rarely seen, stalking their targets so effectively that both prey and victims of its thievery are never aware of its presence in the slightest. These Pokémon will use their sharp wits and agile movements to avoid conflicts with ease.

Thoughts about Nickit and Thievul?
We've had a lot of assorted thief and thief-adjacent Pokemon, but I gotta say, this line's probably one of my favorites out of that "genre". I love Nickit's smug-ass expression, and there's just enough hinting at the thief thing between the "boots", "mask", and a tail that resembles a sack of stolen goods. The tail is also used for hiding its footprints, which I think is a great concept and a nice practical element of the design:
Beyond that, the black accents are nice and carried through the design well, as are the white marks around its face and chest. I honestly have no idea what those are for, but they look good and are distinct from its evo, so I'll let them pass.
Honestly, my only nitpick is that I'm not a big fan of the oversized head. It's just a stylistic thing, and many people probably wouldn't even notice it, but it always stands out to me when pre-evos in new gens have giants heads. Otherwise, though, this is solid.
And Thievul is just delightful. It keeps to the thief idea but fleshes it out a bit, gaining a gentlemen thief-like vibe and even getting a ridiculous little pencil 'stache to twirl. (Also, side note: mad respect for this line being 50/50 gender with all sexes having mustaches.)
Visually, the "mask" over the eyes is a nice extension of Nickit's markings, and I like how the chest fur forms something like an ascot (? that doesn't seem like the right word but I'm blanking on what would be) that fits perfectly for this kind of character.
My only issues are that the black splotch on the back feels kind of random in terms of shape. I think it's meant to resemble the "saddle" on the back of some red foxes, but it's not quite the right shape (should be wider at the back and more down the front of the leg).
Also, I think the tail is a bit of missed opportunity. It's just kind of there? It still kind of has the same thing going on as Nickit but it lost a lot of the bag shape, and there's no real sense of progression there like you'd expect. It feels like the two are backwards; Nicket should have the flatter tail and Thievul should have the bag tail. It could even have it slung over its shoulder or something.
Overall, a really good line. The concept is clear and fun and the designs are nice and simple, with the tails providing a nice practical element. Some of my favorite fox 'mons so far.
