So you’re telling me:

Kate Bishop and Eli Bradley are played by actors in their 20s and are played relatively close to the ages they are most often at in the comics.

Billy, Tommy, and America are all much younger than their Young Avengers peers (it seems that Billy is not being aged up in the Agatha show, Joe Locke is playing a different character). And any of their love interests are nowhere near being introduced.

And now the role a young child is portraying in GOTG 3 is supposedly Phyla-Vell. And there’s not even a whisper of Moondragon.

It so strange how all of Marvel’s most front-and-center queer characters are magically way too young to have romance plot lines in the films for the foreseeable future (queer kids are still queer and being queer isn’t inherently sexual, it’s just a good excuse for Disney). Very strange indeed.

I just realized Octodad is what would’ve happened if Wanda and Visions family and marriage didn’t fall apart:

Vision and Octodad are non human fathers who somehow had two biological human children with a red haired woman who’s named Scarlet

Vision and the Twins

So like Tommy and Billy have Wanda and Pietro's powers as their primary mutations. Are we gonna forget about Their Secondary mutations? I mean Tommy very clearly has intuitive molecular manipulation that was very clearly inherited from vision. Plus Billy has Electric abilities that are not a Spell. Like he's got that whole electric generation and manipulation thing that's a version of Vision's energy manipulation. Like for real, Billy and Tommy are just as much Vision's kids as they are Wanda's so why is the focus only on what they inherited from her?

Evan Peters has never played Pietro Maximoff

He has been Peter Maximoff and Ralph Bohner

Peter Maximoff was really just Tommy Shepherd with an Americanized version of Pietro's name but his character matched more to Tommy Shepherd

Ralph Bohner seems like he was a one-off joke to get around not having Pietro in WandaVision.

Evan Peters is a great actor but he has never played Pietro in my opinion. I think his character in X-Men would have been much more successful if they had just done their research and named him Tommy Shepherd. I would've had zero problems with that because it felt like a true accurate portrayal of Speed.

Quicksilver, as a character, has been fucked over so many times with less than informed writing and I want people to know, I love Evan Peters. He's a great actor but character wise, he's never portrayed Pietro.
