because i love the Cullens

so I’ve got this headcannon that vampires can drink and get drunk, because it’s a liquid. the blood they drink runs through their veins and effects their body, sustaining them and whatnot, so. why wouldn’t they be able to get drunk? they’d have higher tolerances, obviously, but still. drunk vamps. ANYWAYS

types of drinkers the Cullens are:

Jasper: rarely. has a drink on special occasions but that’s really it. ironically, his usual drink of choice is a red wine.

Alice: varies. she will either get smashed (which takes a lot for vamps) or is an innocent child who wouldn’t dare drink. her drink of choice is whiskey. (because Alice ain’t no bitch)

Carlisle: much like Jasper. if he has a hard day at the hospital, he likes to enjoy a few glasses of Chardonnay.

Esme: occasionally drinks when company is over. not very much. normally some sort of white wine.

Rosalie: never. will not budge on it.

Emmett: on the weekends when they aren’t in school he is a total frat boy. beer pong, standing upside down and funneling it into his mouth, the works. almost immune to hangovers at this point. (which is easily cured by drinking blood, and not as severe as it is for humans). his favorite is captain Morgan.

Edward: oh man, he’s normally trashed. literally always at least little buzzed. doesn’t know what sober is tbh. his favorite is fireball, but he doesn’t play favorites when it comes to alcohol.
