Lonely

I’ve decided the world is a lonely place when you “mental health” ..... you may be surrounded by many people but you feel like your all alone! You feel like every day is a reset to the day before, day after day after day! Wanting something positive to come from the day that has been..... when your in a place like this you have to find the positive and sometimes it isn’t that easy! Today I slept most the day because last night I struggled to sleep, I struggled not to SH last night! My brain gets intense and I don’t know how to turn it off!! How can I learn that?? But I got my kids home from their dads which is a positive and they have a dance show for me to watch on Tuesday another positive! But to me those aren’t anything special at the moment because they are just normal life to life things that to me are on reset! So my real positive for the day is the fact that I recognised this fact that my “anxiety” was peaking and I realised to take pill, have a shower and chill!!! So that was my positive today! Self awareness!!! Sometimes days are bigger struggles than others and apparently today is one of those days!
