wip wednesday <3

taking @kiwiana-writes open tag bc i have a job interview later today that I need to focus on - yikes!

Working on another rizcriz prompt this week - it's two dummies who insist that they aren't into each other playing a variation of gay chicken and will be the first rated E thing I've posted in a hot minute (which I'm hoping will get me out of my RBB slump). So, here is what I'm thinking will wind up being the summary snippet :)

“Henry.” Alex crawls over and braces his hands on Henry's thighs, sitting up on his knees so that he can meet Henry's gaze. His own lips curl automatically when he sees that Henry is already smiling, but he schools his features into a more serious expression. “Do you want to play?”  “Do you?” Henry reaches out to push a curl away from Alex's forehead and trails a finger down the side of his face, making Alex shiver. He leans down until his mouth is beside Alex's ear, and Alex feels lightheaded all of a sudden, his breath held hostage in his lungs. “Because you're going to lose.”  Alex shoves him away, shaking his head as that challenge reverberates in his brain and sparks the fire in his veins, quickening his heart rate as he grins. “You're fucking on, Fox.”

WIP - A Gentleman’s Shrine (A historical Johnlock AU)

Summary:

Sherlock Holmes has been taught that he has one purpose in life: to carry on the family legacy. “High society is dying,” his mother continuously informs him.

The Great War has recently ended, which has left London in a swivel of downfall and success.

Every year when his mother hosts the Noble Legacy Gala, Sherlock wishes he could fall into a rabbit hole and never come up, dreading the unnecessary and tedious event.

That is until he sees Captain John Watson attending the Gala, the most beautiful, dangerous, and interesting man he’s ever met.

Notes: This story is currently in the works and I can’t set a specific date when it will be released, but I hope soon! This is a historical AU taking place in London, about 1924, I’d say (the date may change), and requires a lot of research, so just know I’m trying my very best!! This story will be rated explicit.

WIP. Revamping my "Mr. Dark started out as a Rayperson" idea. Without giving too much away, there's a reason why I'm saying "started out" and not "Mr. Dark is a Rayperson". He kinda loses a bit of himself while fighting the God of Death and Nightmares...

Also Captain Laserhawk was a godsend because now I can put this guy in a costume that actually suits him.
