La historia de como Haruto se hizo mi pick y en el futuro uno de mis ults es algo graciosa y me trae mucha nostalgia.

Antes de que saliera el primer capítulo de ygtb, sacaron la lista de los participantes y recuerdo que andaba viendo vlive en ese momento, algo que bangtan o wanna one acababan de sacar, no recuerdo bien. Ygtb estaba siendo promocionado en vlive y justo a principios de ese año me había metido más al kpop y no solo uno o dos grupos, así que me entró curiosidad y me puse a ver los perfiles.

Cuando llegué a la parte de treasure j, Haruto era el primero. Sin embargo, pasa que al darle una vista rápida a la página leí Naruto en lugar de Haruto, por eso me causó una impresión y fue el participante que más recordaba. Me puse a ver su perfil y vi que era bastante joven a cómo estaba acostumbrada a ver idols en ese tiempo, algunas de las cosas que puso que le gustaban hacer también me gustaban a mí y en general me cayó bien, además de que era lindo. Ahí quedé en que vería el programa y que él sería mi pick, luego vi el primer capítulo de ygtb y aunque salió hasta el final me emocioné bastante, ya en el segundo cap que le tocó hacer su rap confirmé que era mi favorito. Seguí votando por él y recuerdo bien el haberle hecho una cuenta de vlive a mi mamá para seguir votando jejdkk. De los chicos coreanos Jeongwoo era mi pick y me re emocioné cuando hicieron la unidad de Oh Yeah. Que lindos momentos, quiero regresar a esa época lloro.

Bueno, ya luego fue todo el asunto de que anunciaron a los integrantes de treasure (solté el grito de mi vida al ver q Ruto era el primero), luego salió la alineación de magnum, el hiatus, salida de Yoonbin y anuncio del nuevo treasure. Fueron muchas cosas pero desde el principio sentí una conexión con todo el grupo y me decidí a esperarlos el tiempo que fuera necesario, además de apoyarlos en los caminos que deseen tomar, ya sea en el grupo o fuera de este y eso lo pude asegurar recientemente.

I can't believe Treasure will have a comeback as 10 instead of 12

I don't really know what to feel right now? I'm devastated that this won't be an OT12 comeback, but at the same time I respect Yedam's and Mashiho's deciscion to take a break.

Yedam wants to take a break to work on his skills as a producer which makes me think that he might be preparing songs for his solo album? This might be a bit of a reach but I'm trying to look on the bright side or I'll start crying

For Mashiho... idk... I'll only write this out once and never think about it again, but it felt like a sudden decision? "Mashiho, who is currently on vacation in Japan, has decided to spend more time with his family in his hometown after requesting an extension of his break due to health reasons"

What does that even mean? I know they are respecting Mashiho's privacy by not explaining the situation in detail and i completely understand and agree with that decision but I just don't know how worried we should be or how permanent this is.

I've said this before, but the boys have been working non-stop since december and just now had their first real break from schedule and it only lasted one week. They must be exhausted but will immediately start working on their next album + preparing for 'a big event' for their second anniversary + prepare for their second concert. I wouldn't blame Mashi if it all got a bit too much and he felt like he needed more rest. I just hope that this is indeed only temporary and we'll see Mashi again after the comeback is over.

Will Yedam and Mashiho still be absent for their second anniversary big event? For their second concert in Korea? For their Japan tour? Treasure will perform at a festival mid june and i'll just already mentally prepare myself for seeing them as 10 instead of 12 on stage. I'm not ready at all

Realistically, I always knew that a group of 12 could lose members (temporarily or permanently) but i always tried not to think about it. For some reason i just thought it would be different for Treasure. They already had their fair share of hardships in 2019 when their debut got delayed and Yoonbin left. I believed they wouldn't go through something like that again... And I know I'm blowing this out of proportion and that I'm overthinking this but the news came so unexpectedly, I just needed to get this all of my chest

People saying they want an "OT12 comeback or no comeback at all", i get where they are coming from, but they are pressuring Mashiho and Yedam into something they obviously aren't ready to do. By not participating in this comeback, they can take time to rest without feeling guilty. YG said Treasure themselves chose to have an OT10 comeback instead of waiting so we should respect that decision and support their comeback the best we can.

#TREASURE #I've been listening to It's Okay for like two hours now #I've managed to not cry but it's been a close call #god i'll miss them I hope at least Yedam will post something once and awhile or the members will mention him sometimes #I'll understand if mashiho will go MIA for awhile but it just won't be the same #it's insane that i can't even enjoy the news of a summer comeback and a second concert #I'll truly support them no matter what

yes! that reminds me now on how 4th gen groups now have fluid positions and how they don't have any set positions. there are pros and cons to it but the fact that unfair line distribution does still happen (bighit music is guilty with this for txt like why is soobin and beomgyu not there sometimes???) 😤😤

treasure has such a special place in my memories because i remember i was watching the finale for treasure box in the hospital 😆 the fact that my biases (yoonbin and yedam) both left though... 😔🧩

yeah, a lot of companies like to push their idols as all-rounders. while sometimes, it can be true, not every idol is gonna be an all-rounder 🤕 and that’s ok!! just let them do what they’re good at 😭 the way Soobin and Beomgyu had so little lines in Do It Like That 🥲 Beomgyu gets the short end of the stick all too often 😞

anyway, I don't follow yoonbin closely anymore but I got really sad when he left before treasure debuted, he's a good rapper and he actually debuted solo few months ago under the stage name 0WAVE in case you wanna listen to his songs! from what I see it might fit your taste idk

I checked his stuff out and he's super talented!! I hope he gets more recognition in the following years cause it doesn't seem like the project is doing too well but the songs are really solid and I can definitely understand why he didn't feel happy with the direction the group was taking cause the vibe is completely different

although the vibe is more B.I/Bobby/Minho solos than YG group songs tbh so I'm not sure what he was expecting
