It's ok to have breakdowns

It's ok to get mad

It's ok to not know how to explain how you feel

It's ok to take time for yourself

It's ok to cut people out of you life bc it's draining you

It's ok to be healing

It's very ok to not be ready to come out

It's ok to cancel plans because you don't feel good, or you don't want to

You don't have to say sorry so much

You don't need to make other people happy

It's ok to be different

It's ok to feel different than others feel

It's ok if your not ready for something

You don't need to mend the friendship if you think your better off without them

You don't need to look a certain way

Hit the block button if you think it's good for you

It's ok to take days off and do absolutely nothing

It's ok to like things other don't. You don't need to fit in society's mold

It's ok to end friendships and romantic relationships if your not ready, it's not working out, you feel like your changing yourself for that person

You don't need to wear makeup to be perfect.

And if you do decide to wear it, you shouldn't wear it for others, wear it because it makes you feel good. Because you like how it looks

Men, you don't have to keep your hair short

Ladies, you don't have to keep your hair long

Anyone can do what they want and not feel judged

It's ok to have scars. They make you beautiful, they show you got through something bad. Maybe something painful

You don't owe anyone anything

It's ok to just sit around and listen to music, watch a movie, TV show.

HMMMMM bakugou being just. the absolute picture of sin.

he works overnight and comes home early in the morning, around 3 or 4 am or so, and you greet him and give him a kissy and ask how it all went. and even though it's still dark outside and he's been working for twelve hours—he's still coming off patrol, right ? so he's still got some energy left, and he eats something and takes a shower and winds down as you fall back to sleep.

and it's not until much later in the day that he wakes up, early afternoon, and you're kind of tiptoeing around so that he can get his much-needed rest. you slip into the closet of your bedroom for something and you think you're gonna get in and out without a sound, but his hearing is so attuned to just about anything and everything at this point.

so rough and raspy, he grunts out, "what're y'lookin' for?" and you whip around real fast and he's just—

half sitting up in bed, bare back leaning against the headboard. an arm behind his head, so that his bicep is tense and round and stone-solid. stretched like that, his obliques are more prominent, taut and rippling up the side of his ribcage. he must have gotten hot while passed out, as he usually does, because the comforter is all askew; one of his legs is bent, the fine hair a dark gold in the waning day; the other is hanging off the bed, lightly swinging as he watches you, and the blanket has come down enough that you can see the bulge of his thigh muscles beneath his stupid tiny black boxer briefs.

and he's just so. man. in every single way.

(his hair is flat on one side, too, and his eyes are still a little puffy from sleep—but you think that adds to it, all in all)

on the topic of drawing hermits with their irl body types:

mumbo.

it's always so funny to me when he's drawn as a skinny twink with something-something-a-bit-higher-than-average height because this man is HUGE. and i'm talking about COMFY HUGE.

somewhere in this vod (an old one, but still) he humbly discusses that he's 'quite a big guy' and that he needs a lot of food.

he's 6'5/195cm; it means that grians eye level would probably be at the level of his shoulder blades.

he's stong. sport is his hobby, lifting hella heavy professional cameras and operating them is his job.

he had some struggles with his body image and/or eating behaviour, too (upd: check out this post).

he's BIG. AND STRONG. I know that the stereotype of this fandom is that he's awkward, and nervous, and the way he presents himself and his minecraft skin may give an impression of a vampire with a figure of a stick.

but.

TRY TO CONSIDER THIS. THIS IS ALSO VERY VERY NICE

thinking about Obi-Wan and Cody's last scene together in revenge of the sith but specifically the NOVELIZATION and how Cody flirted with Obi-Wan in a way that made Obi-Wan Kenobi 'Master of Sass and Trolling', the FAMED Negotiator blush and duck his head!!! and wondering if perhaps the fact that this was potentially their last battle and that Obi-Wan had just killed Grievous and they all could practically FEEL the end of the war brushing against their fingertips had given Cody that spike of courage, hope, peace that had made him pursue the drumming of maybe maybe maybe to his heartbeat that led to Obi-Wan blushing so profoundly he tried to fucking laugh it off and then zoooooomed tf out of there on bogas back.
