Penny: I create a Localized Gravitational distortion - a gravity well of sorts - around my body or it's individual parts, that, depending on the amount of Effort I apply to my semblance, allows me to lift and manipulate items in my vicinity. The maximum weight I seem to be able to affect is approximately 13.5 Kilograms of mass per individual object, with a notable fall off of strength at approximately Ten meters, with speed relative to it's Terminal Velocity.

Ruby: ... What?

Penny: I can make objects orbit around me, so long as they are at most 30 pounds, 30 feet away, with great control over it's speed.

Ruby: ... Can you do that to this ball?

Penny: Yes I can,
