HBC Event: Summer Send Off

Welcome to the HBC’s first official event, Summer Send Off, which will run from August 22 through August 28, 2022.

You have the next week to write a drabble, create a moodboard, etc. for any of the prompts listed below.

Rules For Our Events:

You do not need to reserve a prompt or tell us which prompt you’re using.

You can write/create for as many or as few as you’d like, and there is no word minimum or maximum.

Smut/Fluff/Angst/any combo accepted, please adhere to HBC Guidelines.

You can use any 18+ MCU character and/or an 18+ character from an MCU actor (no RPFs)

To get on the masterlist, DM the link to your creations to the HBC - All Links received within 24 hours of the time frame ending will be added to the masterlist.

Use #HBC Summer Send Off on your works!

EVERYONE is welcome to participate!

The overall theme of this event is things you do in the summer time. You can use one of our prompts listed below and/or come up with your own!

Come join us at the @the-horniest-book-club!  A new place to thirst, share and have fun with our favorite characters!

Welcome to the Merged HBC

After careful consideration, the mods of the @the-ss-horniest-book-club @the-ce-horniest-book-club @the-th-horniest-book-club and @the-mcu-horniest-book-club have decided to merge the four blogs together into one singular blog, this one.

The decision was not an easy one, but we feel that it is the right move for the HBC at this time.

The four blogs will remain available as an archive of sorts, but we will no longer be posting to them. Nor will we be allowing people to claim prompts from them either.

At this time we are still only accepting drabbles/creations for the 18+ MCU characters and the other 18+ characters of MCU actors. We’ve also decided to not allow real people fiction (RPF).

Moving forward all events and prompt claiming will happen through this blog.

We will be kicking things off tomorrow with a weeklong Summer Send Off event. We’re also accepting prompts and have some prompts ready for people to claim.

We hope you will all join us and have some thirsty fun with us!

There was no one in the world who praised you more than Bucky did.

Even when the two of you were just friends and he was teaching you to defend yourself, he praised you.

“Good girl!”

“Well done!”

“I’m so proud of you!”

The praises never ended, and you would be lying if you said they didn’t give you hope because they absolutely did and making Bucky proud became one of your goals.

Eventually, the two of you started dating, and if anything, the praises continued.

Tony had thrown you into a real world simulator. The team would soon be facing aliens, and he needed to make sure everyone on the team was capable of doing their jobs safely.

The aliens in the simulator were easy to take down, you used a combination of knives, guns, your legs and your fists.

You completed the task within 30 minutes, Bucky was standing proudly on the side, you remembered everything he taught you.

“Fuck yeah! That’s my girl!” Bucky applauded, earning a pair of narrowed eyes and a grimace from Steve who previously finished the same task within 20 minutes and didn’t get a praise remotely as close as yours.

“Good job Y/N!” Tony hollered, flicking the lights back on.

“Thanks.” You blushed and made your way over towards Bucky, standing on your tippy toes and pecking his lips.

After the alien fight in New York, the realization that life really was too short, you and Bucky became engaged and married at the compound with Steve officiating the ceremony.

Bucky wore the silver band around his neck along with the dog tags he recovered. And you never took yours off.

The wedding celebration that night was extended to the following night where Tony made the stupid decision to go out to the bar and relax.

Bucky was standing at the bar next to Steve when they heard some commotion happening on the other side near the pool tables.

Some asshole decided to pinch your ass as you tried to get past the three gentlemen.

“Barnes? Isn’t that your girl?” The bouncer poked his shoulder. Bucky smirked when the sound of the pool table shattered under the weight of the deserver.

“Nah, that’s my wife.”

HBC Spring Fling Preview Day

Spring has finally sprung, and we’re celebrating with the HBC Spring Fling!

This is a week long event taking place next week, May 15 to May 21!

The prompts are inspired by spring love, fresh, new, exciting, and perhaps everlasting. Each day has a different prompt that you can use however you’d like. As with our other events, you can write a drabble, create a moodboard, etc. for every day or you can just pick and choose, it’s up to you! Just have fun!

Rules For Our Drabbles:

You do not need to reserve a prompt.

You do not need to tell us which prompt you’re writing.

You can write as many or as few as you’d like, and there is no word minimum or maximum.

You may write for one blog or all four blogs, your level of participation is entirely up to you! Just make sure to send links to the correct blog for the masterlist.

Smut/Fluff/Angst/any combo accepted, please adhere to HBC Guidelines.

Hello readers and writers of the HBC! Wicked Wednesdays, while fun and spicy, haven’t been getting a lot of submissions as of late. As such, we’ll be scaling back this theme day to once a month, if that.

If you’re still feeling the itch to write, please contact us to see a list of submitted prompts that still need to be filled! We still have quite a bit to choose from, as well as a few photo prompts.
