So, I need help:

Over the past few years, I haven't been good with handling procrastination well nor have I been good with keeping attention on reading to further my education. I've been going all over the internet for advice, but everything I've tried doesn't work. I feel like my distractions are getting the best of me. And I can only seem to read 8 pages an hours because it is extremely hard for me to retain information.

I'm getting close to having to choose a career, and I can't put off asking for help any longer. Please, someone tell me what I should do. Old advice, new advice, I'll take anything.
