I’m going to study some French, I bought a notebook and everything, and I’m going to get sushi tonight, hopefully with some good news on my visa from my Canadian boss 🙃 I hope everyone is doing ok, lovelies

Rearranged my wall!! All the precious art that I’m proud of all ends up hidden away in a sketchbook or folder so the art on my wall ends up being my more mediocre pieces lol so I categorized some more stuff as ‘mediocre’ and cut them out to display 😅 second pic is my ‘speed test grading’ method lmao in which I check 10 tests at the same time so I’m not biased when checking specific students tests 😌

First test of semester B tomorrow on functions so I've spent today going over my notes and watching our lecture examples. Iced coffee is singlehandedly getting me through online school, at this point I'm 50% caffeine. 🧊☕

The evolution of my freakouts when my thesis advisor goes weeks without answering my emails (don’t ask me why this is such a recurring problem with him because idk 😭😭)

pre-covid: wow he HATES me and my work is so bad he regrets taking on this project

now, during covid: uh oh he probably got covid and DIED

never, for some reason: hm I guess he’s just busy right now I’ll follow up in a few days if I don’t get a response soon

Another Tuesday, another study group session on Zoom! Seriously, I think all the stuff surrounding our current situation would have been so much harder for me to handle if I hadn’t met such lovely people right in the beginning of the programme. I am so thankful that they put up with me and my (sometimes) weird habits and everything, and even more that we are always there to support each other.

Anyone else starting to get really burnt-out? I’m coming on a year of Zoom University and making time for everything is starting to get really tricky. Just trying to keep my eyes on the horizon and get ready for my med school interviews! How are y’all holding up??
