It just seems like Fez wasn’t really interested in beating up Nate. Like it’s a chore he has to do for work, not like something he does out of anger or even to get revenge/vindication for Nate getting them raided. It’s strictly business. He can’t have people thinking they can do shit like that and not face consequences. He puts it off all night, he strikes up a conversation with a pretty girl and can’t bring himself to leave her until the last possible minute. He schedules his get away car, he takes his sweater off (to avoid stains? To free up his range of motion?). He politely makes his way through the crowd. He even gives Nate the opportunity to apologize or explain himself or indicate he’s changed his ways at all. He does exactly enough damage to get his point across without doing and really long lasting harm (or killing him). Like the whole thing is this super calculated move, just an incredible amount of violence and physical power channeled exactly where it needs to go
