Both were great & easy to make- I didn’t marinade the salmon just poured an approximation of the ingredients over the salmon. We think it’ll be even better when actually marinating it.
Salmon filets @450F for 9 -10 min

Avgolemono soup (Greek lemon chicken soup)
So good! Used wild rice and had to cook it 5-10 min longer. Added spinach for extra veg. Added an extra cup of water too.

Just silken tofu and melted chocolate chips blended together in the food processor then put in fridge. When taken out, sprinkle sea salt. I didn’t use specific measurements just threw it in and it was great!

Baklava waffles!
The spread is fantastic. I’d probably prefer a different waffle recipe as the base since this one is a tiny bit chewy- still good tho. I’ve had better texture waffles. Will definitely make the spread again to put on waffles.

Tasty! Mine came out a little wonky- brown lacy edges a bit bc of not enough flour I think. I didn’t measure well 🤷🏻‍♀️ but flavor and texture overall were great. Cook 11 min

Peach cornmeal upside down cake
Used frozen peaches and that worked well, cake is better heated otherwise it’s kind of tough. Not sure if I overmixed, over baked or if that’s just the way the cake is. Bridge LOVED it, one of his favorite cakes. Arienne said it had great flavor. Worth making again, maybe not for a high stakes event or situation where I couldn’t reheat it.

Used chia and flax, more than recipe stated, and regular milk instead of coconut. Pretty good! More something to put in a yogurt bowl, not a dessert on its own

Butter beans w ricotta pesto and lemon
Bridge loved it but said beans were a little too hard so maybe try a different bean or a nicer brand then just from a can haha. He said would have been better if I heated the beans too. Easy to make dairy free w kite hill ricotta
