There’s definitely a whiff of legend about Squire Kel facing off against a knight twice her age in an unspoken duel for her right to take up arms, accompanied by a griffin (in whose presence no man or god can lie), and winning handily despite the knight’s dastardly attempt to murder her. Someone absolutely wrote a ballad about that. Third Company probably have it off by heart.
In honor of Janelle Monáe coming out I put together a lil graphic about bi & pan identities! This is based on my own experiences within the community as someone who uses both terms. It of course does not cover everything! Image description under the cut.
i wanted to starting painting for pride month 🌟 so here’s a trans pride sky!
i have also added it to my store 💕

When I was 12 I looked at this lady and was like, "Yeah, that's a good adult."
16 years later I'm still standing by that. Reading her books in the order of publication is like reading a map of her learning from her audience and the world in general. She is proof that listening and growing doesn't stifle you. It makes you a better person AND a better writer (which at 12 I didnt think she could be. I thought she was already the best.)
She is running a BLM charity auction. Definitely head over to Twitter to see this thread and that auction.
