some ted + rebecca headcanons

ted is a good dancer (basically canon, he does the charlton in one scene and choreographs dances for the team) but i'm imagining a scene where he teaches rebecca how to dance for formal things like galas. rebecca hates it because she feels self-conscious and she was only ever exposed to dance instruction that was very...how to say it...stuffy and judgmental in nature. but ted makes dancing feel fun and shows her ways to let her silly side through while still doing moves correctly and following along and stuff. (tipsy rebecca is a VERY willing dance partner but only if she does not have to follow any prescriptive choreography and can bop around however her bouncy heart pleases)

rebecca almost always wakes up before ted and likes to just sit and watch him sleep for a few minutes because it's soothing for her to see him in a peaceful state. at some point ted finds out about this and goes "hey, are you creepin' on me like edward in twilight?" and rebecca is like "ted. love. my dear. what the fuck are you talking about. no i have never cared about twilight and i do not understand these references." so then ted makes rebecca watch twilight.

he tells her random dad jokes out of the blue and she always giggles.

they definitely have some type of dorky handshake. ted is undeniably enthusiastic about it. rebecca pretends to think it's stupid, but she actually adores it. i'd bet it ends in a kiss.
