I’ve been feeling really bad and out of place lately...been doing a lot of shadow work and it’s been exhausting. Been practicing “radical acceptance” and I’m miserable. I had a slightly better day than today...I talked more where as yesterday I barely spoke at all. I ate and I also took a bath. That was a big deal considering that I also shaved too. I did some self care today yet I still couldn’t shake the feelings of being sad and anxious. My love says he’s going to the store and asks what I want. I request a candy bar (because chocolate) and give him my first option (what I really want.) than I give him two backups just incase my first option or second option isn’t there at the store. He came back with all three...something he didn’t have to do at all. I don’t want to say I forget the little things but I do, I forget the little things that could mean so much...especially in my times of feeling bad and spiraling out of control mentally and emotionally. He had forgotten my smokes and walked back to the store for them...something else he also didn’t have to do but he did. I know our relationship isn’t perfect and he hurts my feelings sometimes and vice versa, but I seriously don’t think I could live without him in my life now that he’s in it...I need to remember in my down times that I am loved...even when I feel like I’m not.
