the funny thing about having an ed is that it starts out pretty manageable. you only had a handful of foods that gave you anxiety.
then it grows and explodes. before you know it, ALL food gives you anxiety. i struggle to get to 500cals some days because the anxiety and sheer panic is exhausting.
if you're on edtblr and you're at risk of developing an ed, please get out while you still can. the only time i'm not panicky is when my stomach is light and empty. but, it does hurt and makes me have vertigo sometimes. i'm always thinking about food and how i can avoid it--and it's exhausting.

This is a plan i made for myself, but if it can help any of you, i'm gonna post it. all the foods are shown to help lose weight (high fiber and protein), except for the latte--thats for me! of course you can cut all portions in half or skip a meal and adjust to your needs (that's what i do). i do low nonfat dairy. i don't do simple carbs, trans fat, or refined sugar.

drink 2lt of water per day
Breakfast: (350cal)
2 Eggs (160cal)
Blackberries (40cal per 20 berries)
Oat Milk Latte (150cal) (0cal sweetener)
Lunch: (450cal)
Black beans (100cal)
½ Avocado (150cal)
Jasmine Rice (200cal per cup)
Dinner: (540cal)
Salmon or Chicken (200cal)

Avoid eating snacks of any kind, if anyone asks says its to help with acne.
complete 1 hr of daily workouts whether it be cardio, mat exercises or at the gym doing weights
i fucking believe in myself that I can do it and that I’ll get down to 110 lbs by spring of 2022. i will not get in the way of what i want most.

Maybe the void you are so desperately trying to fill up can only be filled with self-love. All this hatred you feel towards yourself burns slowly into your soul, creating holes, wounds so deep that only you are capable of healing them. This is not about the external world making you feel complete, but about healing inside. Give yourself the love you deserve. Be kind and compassionate towards yourself, and little by little, that void won't be so deep, it won't be so scary or lonely. Fill yourself with so much love that it can overflow into your life.

Must finish an entire water bottle before my first meal or else I can’t eat
a limit of 2 meals a day or 5 snacks. theres no in between.
Daily caloric consumption is 1500.
