Me: oh wow, it’s really busy here at work, I should start doing something that isn’t my responsibility just to help out, maybe I can skip my break today, or stay a little—
My inner Chilchuk Tims: Your job description has your responsibility and includes hours worked and breaks. Stick to it unless they want to pay you more. No job is your friend no matter how much you like it.
last night I had a dream that I met Bill and Ted, and I complimented Bills crop top and said something about how I would wear crop tops if my body was less bogus and he put a hand on my shoulder and said “what’s truly bogus is the way you think about yourself” and Ted nodded solemnly and then I woke up
If EVERYBODY in your life hates your significant other then they are the problem. If it is one or two people like a family member you have a turbulent relationship with and one friend who’s always been kind of jealous, maybe they just hate your success. But most of the time that is not the case and the people who are closest to you and love you and have had your back for years probably know when your new relationship is toxic and/or doomed.
My first two surprise pokemon trainer commissions! These were such a delight to get to work on, especially the first piece I had a really fun time coming up with the color palette and outfit!
My waitlist for commission-work is completely empty at the moment, and I'm still inbetween full time work, so if interested in these or any other commissions click here for info!
Also I tried out adding Nightshade onto these both- which other than totally flat colors, I do think blended decently well into my style of rendering? Anything to throw a middle finger at any data scrapers that happen to pull my larger rendered works going forward ;P
