So, I did technically already make two posts about it, but- *shrugs* I'm leaving this blog behind. I've felt for a while that I've overstayed my welcome on this blog and I think it's time for me to move on from it. It makes me kinda sad, because I really love this blog and all of you guys, but I think it's time for me to move on to another blog in order to clear my head. I might regret this once season 3 comes out lmao, since most ppl followed me here for TUA stuff, but until then I'll be posting TUA stuff on my new account when I feel like it and if season 3 sparks a new obsession I'll make a new side blog for it at that point.

The thing I love about Umbrella Academy is that yes, they have powers, but they are a secondary aspect to the familial relationships explored; with the main focus being on the bonds between the siblings. I love that if you took their powers away from them, they would still be interesting characters on their own, an aspect that I feel most superhero shows fail to do. At the end of the day they’re just a ragtag group of lovable morons trying to navigate the world and save it too, I just think that’s pretty neat.
