Oh my god this warms my cold dead heart holy shit. There is a reason! Romans favourite hobby, besides his hyperfixiation on BMWs, is pinning and collecting butterflies. It’s gonna be a running metaphor throughout the story. As for the child’s drawing, that’s Olechkas child drawing of her and Roman! He’s a sentimental uncle, so Roman keeps all her drawings and trinkets!

I noticed you've deleted the art you've made of your characters from your ao3 story, and haven't updated the story in a couple of months. Is this because you're abandoning the work and just weren't happy with how you drew the characters, or is it something else?

Oh it’s nice of you to ask! No, I’ve not abandoned it a lot. In the middle of writing the next chapter, my closest family member died, and it was too hard to bear to write or work on anything death related for a bit. Samson and Dalilah are still here and very much alive and I will update the story asap!

As for the art, I’ve understood that I don’t want to give my old or newcomers who’ll be reading the story for the first time a strict “this is how the characters” look like feeling. I think it limits the imagination and limits myself quite a bit too. So I think S&D are best kept as words on a page while A&R are at their best properly illustrated!

I hope this clears it up a bit. None of my work has been abandoned, at most I’ve just had trouble finding the time to work on it. Again, I’m focused most on my musical career now, online and in real life. I’m working every night and there will be a new song dropping any day now. But my art&writing project still matter a lot, so they’re not abandoned!

Hi hun!

Oh nooo, not at all! Angel and Roman and the graphic novel is still very much in the works and I will post a new update asap. No hiatus here!

I’ve just been concentrating on my music career more. First and foremost I’ve always have been, am and will be a singer, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve been shown, moving further down that road! I’ve done a rebrand, and I’ve been posting more clips of my singing, and am currently working on my first original album getting properly produced!

So yeah, it’s just a bit of a switch, but that’s it, really! Angel and Roman ain’t going nowhere <3
