After many many moons, I have finished rf5's act 2 plot summary ( totally canon ;])

Time for another attempt at making stickers! I'm off to the printer!!

Ok. Feeding Lumpy first. THEN TO THE PRINTER

Sizing and spacing is definitely better this time. I could have fit one more row of buns in there to waste less paper but what's done is done.

Still need that new ink, though. Even when they're smaller, they look really faded. Let's see what adding the overlay will do to it.

So I completely forgot that the laminate overlay sheets I got were holographic! It's so funny paired with the weak ink because the laminate is stellar but the buns underneath fade in comparison. It was really easy to stick and no air bubbles.

I am super excited. Once I deal with the ink issue the next set of stickers are gonna look fabulous.

I'm gonna need to get better at cutting.

Anyways. As you can see, my phone is where my stickers face the most abuse. So I stuck one of the buns here to do a durability test. The unlaminated stickers only lasted a few days before fading out (like that kirby one that's basically also on its way out)

Time to find out how long the buns will last! Good luck boys hehe >:]

First Kiss!

We love this moment as writers don't we? The heart-pounding when two characters have finally begin discussing their feelings and then they lean in close and the next thing anyone knows they're kissing their sweetheart. It's the moment that can launch a romance. It might even be followed by an "Oh... oh." moment.

Of course there's many ways to interpret the prompt. Will you write one character's first ever kiss as a youngster? The first kiss between two characters who have been pining for each other for far too long? The kiss given in jest or as play that reveals more than either party was expecting? There are so many ways to take this prompt!

This being a very casual event, you can create whatever you want based off the prompt. Write a long fic or a short fic. Make it shippy or gen. Draw a sketch, or a comic, or paint a whole canvas.

Whatever strikes your fancy!

Make something that you want to make, something you can have fun with! Flex your muscles, stretch your wings, try something new, experiment, go wild! Or use this as a soft landing ground, a place for you to come back and rest in your comfort zone while you work on other projects. Fill the prompt once, fill it twice, do it a dozen times if you’re feeling up to it! There are no rules, just have fun!

You don’t even have to put in in the Bokumono fandoms. If you’re inspired for something else then go for it!

And hey, if one of the other prompt choices for this month inspired you more, you can do that one instead. I won’t stop you.

We've got another scant week of fresh crops, so I'm taking it upon myself to assign some completely voluntary homework:

Writers: Your assignment this week is to open up one of your WIPs and write seven new sentences. Not edit seven sentences. It's far too easy to open up a document, make a few edits, and call it writing. Particularly if you're stuck in the mire of writer's block. But write seven, whole, brand new to the story sentences.

If you don't have any WIPs, then challenge yourself and try to write a Seven Sentence Story. Challenge yourself to see what you can convey in a limited space. See how far you can really stretch one sentence by making it a run-on to end all run-ons.

Readers: Your assignment this week is to leave comments. Either challenge yourself to leave a seven sentence comment on a story, or leave comments (of whatever length) on seven different stories. Whether you find new stories or go back into your bookmarks and history to comment (or re-comment) on a favorite story is up to you.

For Extra Credit: Do both! Writers, don't forget to encourage others in the fandom. You know how much a comment can mean to you, imagine how much it might mean to someone else. Let's remember that fandom is a community, and creativity flourishes in encouraging environments. Readers, step into the shoes of a writer and try a Seven Sentence Story. I don't care if you've never written anything creatively before, or you think you can't write. It's seven sentences, it won't hurt you to try. Even if you never share it, that's a story you made that nobody else could have. Rejoice in that!

I'm finally doing my second run through of Rune Factory 5, romancing Scarlet as Alice.
