Ok so, here’s a funky fact: in the early evolution of fish, the claspers (reproductive organs still present in modern sharks) actually began as a genuine third pair of limbs. Sooo what if instead of becoming purely reproductive, the claspers instead developed into full on legs.

Basically what I’m saying here is six-finned fish -> hexapedal early tetrapods -> hexapedal temnospondyls -> hexapodal tiny weirdo arboreal dendrerpetids that develop membranes to glide -> amphibian dragons

Imagine my surprise when you popped up on her phone screen. She was almost crying while she told me how awesome it was that people like you had such a platform and how being able to listen to what you had to say made every march and beating and everything else she went through 30-40 years ago worth it. She's facing down her own mortality right now and today she was okay with it because you showed her how far things have come and she managed to hang on long enough to see it.
