Hey ya’ll.  This blog has been pretty inactive (again) due to a variety of issues.  I really want to come back to this blog but I keep finding myself resistant to pick up this old hobby but I can’t figure out why.

I recently started hrt for the new year, and being able to talk to other queer folks in my life about it has been so liberating.   I love the queer community.  I love how this blog helped me see how so many other people define themselves and their journey.  So with that in mind I wanted to ask:

What is something we can do with this blog to make it into a queer celebration space, again?  If that means I open this blog up to other moderators, I think I’m willing to do that.  Mostly I want to figure out a project where I can have queer folks share their identities in a way that others can see and celebrate with them.

Disabled Trans Couple Needs Your Help

I was soooo sad because my original heart vector I've been using for these edits was on my laptop that got bricked and my wife, who made it, no longer had the original file. But! I've finally got to remaking my own! Hope you enjoy it!

I am so sorry for the long hiatus once again.  Every time I was thinking I’d be hopping back into this blog, something else would come barging in and take over my life.  I will be considering some “policy changes” if you can call it that lol.  I had intended this blog to be a spot for me to post the products of my hobby, and I very much loved filling requests as it’s always fun to see the unique identities of everyone in the community as well as the fun challenges people presented for me, but I obviously cannot keep up with filling every request and keeping a queue going.  I don’t know what will be changing, but I gotta realize that my life is a little too crazy to be able to realistically keep up with the system I originally set out for myself. 

That being said, I’ll be going through the inbox.  It will be closed while I sort through everything that’s piled up, but I will be opening it, again, soon!

How do you make all these amazing backgrounds? What app do you use? 💙 ~ 🐳

I use a free online program called pixlr! It's really just bare basics as far as editing programs go, but I've worked with it long enough now that I kinda know how to get what I want out of it. If you're looking for a program to use, pixlr is a nice, easy, free option, but getting a free program like gimp is probably going to be easier to work with.
