theories i have for the crown of gilded bones

- a lot of reviews said the book ends on a cliffhanger so i think the cliffhanger is going to be poppy and/or casteel waking up nyktos when the final battle between the kingdoms start (or maybe even all of the gods?)

- casteel’s brother is going to be the villain of tcogb. the same goes for poppy’s brother.

- the ending of tcogb is going to be casteel sacrificing himself to save poppy from the ascendants (or whatever they’re called).

- both kingdoms are going to be the villains of the books. poppy, casteel and the wolven are going to be the only ‘good guys’.
