Everybody was kung fu fighting!🎇🎆

New oc! Woo! Finally made a kung fu panda oc after all these years. I love these movies and I really hope the fourth one is as enjoyable as the first three. I have yet to see it so no spoilers!

Anyways, this is Nuǎn! She is a Tibetan wolf who was kicked out of her pack at a young age. Along her travels she finds a little sable named Weijin who is the lone survivor of his village. He belongs to one of my best friends @collapsingintojupiter and they both end becoming adopted siblings. Nuan loves her little brother dearly and the two end up in the valley of peace and train under Shifu along with the furious five. Their dynamic is just so cute and I’m sure I’ll circle back to draw more of them after watching the fourth movie!

Now that the other gods are done I had to draw and update Celeste! I made more of her god form showing through with her hair, eyes, and by darkening the tips of her ears. Then I updated her floating crown of the moon phases and star earrings. Those were so fun to make glow hehe. I plan to give Samael an update next so stay tuned!🌙✨

Some doodles of Dew from when I was experimenting with her ‘crown’ situation. Originally my friends and I planned a headband with two bushels of black berries on the back. Then I got the idea of a lotus crown with a big lily pad and ran with it lol. She’s radiating swap energy and I love it🪷✨

I watched unicorn academy over on Netflix and just had to designs some unicorns of my own!

The first one has earth magic. Just think earth benders from atla and lok and that’s their magic lol.

Then we have the second one which can either be shadow or illusion magic. This unicorn is my absolute favorite out of the trio. Maybe I’ll use ‘em for an actual oc who knows😆

The third I struggled with designing a symbol for sound magic that isn’t music notes. I ended up using those sound bars but maybe I’ll change it if I think of something better.

Oop! Dipped for a moment there but I’ve returned with an improved Sun Huang design! I knew her original colors were just competing too much and needed to be toned down. Her face especially was too dark. Now you can see her face! I also added some fun flame patterns because she needed more textures. It also ties into her phoenix motif I have for her. She really came together in the end!🔥✨

Days 96-100: I DID IT!🎉

Last week I finished my 100 days of sketching! Whoo! I couldn’t be more proud of myself honestly. I’ve never completed or made it through a challenge this long. It’s been so motivating and so rewarding to see the progress I’ve made over the 100 days.

There were definitely times where I struggled and thought about stopping but I’m so glad I kept going!

I’m very excited to start the next challenge I have for myself this new year. One illustration a month! Hope you guys are as excited as I am ;D

Days 84-95: More pirate Grayson!🏴‍☠️🌊✨These are from a few weeks back but I’m quite happy with them! I’ve been swinging in and out of a big pirate mood. Especially with the recent nightwing comics.
