Tbh he's my favorite character BECAUSE he stresses the work life balance and you bet your ass, I chose not to look at my emails/text at home or on the weekend, I don't answer questions during lunch and purposefully choose to have tea time while my coworkers are scrambling to figure something out because I am not available to assist because I decided im stepping out after being asked the same question for the 4th time and they want their hand held.

I try my best to be useful and help my team, but the time away from work...is time away from work.

People are talking about how reading Dungeon Meshi gives them an internal monologue Senshi for eating properly I think we all need to adopt an internal monologue Chilchuck at work. Like the boat is literally sinking and he's just watching it happen because he's on his lunch break.

You can participate by filling out a survey and additionally, signing up for an interview. The survey is expected to last until at least the end of April, those, who signed up for the interview, will be contacted later. You need to be at least 18 years old to participate in either, be able to understand and speak English and identify as a fan.
