Now heres how we go from this👆 to this👇
You shoud duplicate your save in ibs paint. You don't have to but I STRONGLY recommend it. Like this 👇
Next you need to merge all of you color layers together. Leave the line art alone.
You should recolor your line art black. (Use the alpha lock)
Hide the line art layer then color in all these white spaces. You can put a layer under the color layer then color all these white bits then merge the color layer down! You CAN'T skip this step.
If you dont do this the filter/effect will mess up and it will end up like this-
You obviously don't want that. Once done go to fx click style then bevel. Move the light as you want. Just mess around until you like the look.
It looks a little choppy so I go over it with my brush to make it look nicer.
Ibs paint comes with alot of beautiful backgrounds that you can use. You can find those here.
Then add and crop/adjust the background how you like it. That all i have to say really. Just get comfortable with the app and keep practicing. If you follow all these steps correctly you should end up with something like this!
Thanks for the ask! Hope this helped OvO
Yooo your art makes my day, but how do you the line art and the coloring I'm— Can I know how???
Oh I get to make a tutorial!!
First thing you need to know I use ibs paint x.
Ok first make your sketch!
I lower the opacity to 15-30%
After that I make the line art. Here is the brush I use. (Its at the default settings btw)
Draw over the sketch on a new layer!
Then remove the sketch layer!
You will end up with clean line art like this.
Next you need to add your base colors.
The next part is just some basic shading. Make sure the base colors on on different layers!
Like this:
Now for the blush and such...
Use the same color you used for the skin shading and use the airbrush 20% to shade these areas.
This is what the brush looks like-
Again default settings.
Here is what it should look like.

Ok next blush!
Here you will put the blush color to darken the shading. It should end up like this
Now that the blush is there I would recommend adding and extra hair shading. (You should now add hair dye and stuff)
Now color your line art! Dont forget.
This allows you to color the line art like this
Once colored it should look like this.
Heres how I color the iris of the eye.
Then you are done!
Lighting tutorial in reblog!
