Welp. Things get weird with the anesthesia department from time to time. Today a patient, left unsupervised for 5 whole minutes in her room at the surgical ward, chewed her central line out...

The thing about me is that I'm always one step away from wanting gyoza. Any mention of gyoza or dumplings in general and I'm like damn I want gyoza. They're so good. Basically the ideal food. I should get gyoza.

I love Apollo 8 because not only was it like a monumental human achievement to orbit the moon but also they took like 800 photos and they’re all absolutely stunning

super excited to share this; i made a cute sprite of Lain from Serial Experiments Lain!!! wearing her outfit from the OP and the bonus cd. i didnt go off a base, though i did ref the Yume Nikki style for her basic shape and then went free hand from there. she came out looking very…… Mother 3, almost? not exactly, but she gives off the Vibe…….. lol
anyway, i’m extremely proud of this! i planned on not sharing her until i’d made a Rakka sprite to match, as a tribute to Yoshitoshi ABe, but i just couldnt wait ;;
comparison to the original ‘draft’ i started with:

This is completely nuts and absolutely mandatory. “Cementimental - Untitled Harsh Noise Graphic Novel”. Surrealist book-object; harsh noise album in paperback form. 300 pages of pixel-noisescapes, created soley using the antique mac paint app LightningPaint. How can I not get this gem.

The dog went in to be neutered and the vet took a picture of the dog and sent it to his owner as soon as he woke up.

call it what u will, identifying with an animal is one of the most ancient and universal human experiences. the oldest known depiction of a human has a lions head. i am being dead serious when i say there are few things in this world more normal than being a furry

Honestly the whole Tall-Man thing is such an elegant solution to the whole human problem in dnd. So much language like "have some humanity" gets so awkward when there's a group called humans. Having humans instead refer to all humanoids just makes so much sense in this context!
High key gonna bring this up to my dnd groups and am gonna hard code it in if/when I make my own system.
