Some screenshots throughout my journey through Like A Dragon: Ishin! Since my other trips were well received I figured let's take a look at my time through this adventure. As always it's great to look at these without any context. Also, I beat this game in August and just now am sharing these RIGHT before Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth...

My buddy Han recently decided to do a blog post about me on his Genesis website. In the post, he wrote about my two novels and the connections they have to Genesis. 'BFAW' prominently features connections to the album 'Duke' for those unaware. He also wrote about my creation of the Banksian Central YouTube channel. Thanks very much, mate, for the glowing writeup!!

Newly released second edition cover of 'Born From A Wish.' I slightly edited the cover but the biggest difference is the 50-page count difference. Instead of there being 253 pages it's been tidied up to be 203. No content was cut. In fact, I added a new sentence linking one part in particular slightly better to 'Some Things Last...' If you haven't read my debut novel yet now is a great time to do so with the second edition. I also newly introduced the hardcover version to the second edition release!! Both of my novels are available via Amazon!!

A man of culture I see. Mallrats is awesome. I wasn't expecting a friend of Annie's to reach out to me. Nice to meet ya. Yep, I shared chapters of my first novel with her as I was writing them! She was an invaluable help to me just starting out in 2019. I'd love for you to read my novels. They're both on Amazon for sale under Dino Jones. I have two so far and am currently writing a short story collection.

My new novel, 'Some Things Last...', is available for purchase via Amazon!! I'm eager for my readers to check this story out. It's been on my mind for quite a while now! Link's in my bio! Here's a blurb of what to expect...
Sydney is living the good life. He has a well-paying job that he loves, a car of his own - a Mazda Miata, a spacious apartment, and a girlfriend that's crazy about him. He’s been with Victoria for almost ten years but is asked an unexpected question by her.
“Do you ever think you’ll feel like you’re missing out on anything?”
“No, I’ve never thought that…” he replies, but he begins to doubt himself.
He and an old friend reunite and afterward take a late-night excursion to a local gentleman's club, the Sexothèque. While there, Sydney has a chance meeting with one of the exotic dancers, Sharon. This meeting sends his life down a path he could never imagine.
While juggling two relationships, Sydney’s cousin Albert goes missing. He quickly blames himself for his cousin’s disappearance and shortly after, things reach a fever pitch between Sharon and his relationship.
Months later, Sydney checks the mail and discovers an envelope containing a letter that will have lasting effects on his life. He becomes haunted by his decisions and carries the burden secretly within his heart until the past catches up with him...

Hey, this is from my old Mallrats blog! The blog might be gone but I've still got everything that was present on there.

Scans from the first edition of the Mallrats Companion, (at this time though it was simply called ‘Mallrats’). In this edition there are some differences from the 2005 release such as some of the photos and artwork being much larger and sometimes taking up an entire page of the book whereas in the 2005 version some of this stuff isn’t even in it. I’ll be scanning parts of both versions of this book and adding them here. (Part I)

Amazing!! In honor of this post reaching 1000 notes, here are some more photos of The Galleria’s vaporwave paradise past. The first two images are of a postcard I bought off of eBay a while back and the others range from the late 80s-2007. The Galleria was a magical place at Christmas time. They don’t put nearly as much effort into the decorating now.

The Riverchase Galleria circa late 1980s. I can slightly recall bombin’ around the mall when it looked like this. Ah, if only I could have appreciated the splendor back then. It looked like a vaporwave dreamscape.

"Syd & Sharon at The Lake" Syd & Sharon stare out at the water of Lake Lethe during a little getaway which will be featured in the second interlude of my next novel 'Some Things Last...'. 'Do you remember our picnic lunch? We both went up to the lake And then we walked among the pines The birds sang out a song for us We had a fire when we came back And your smile was beautiful You touched my cheek and you kissed me At night we went for a stroll The wind blew our hair The fire made us warm The wind blew the waves Out on the lake We heard the owl in a nearby tree. I thought our love would last forever.' - Excerpt of the song "Rockin' Back Inside My Heart" by Julee Cruise, which inspired this scene.
