YES, THIS IS A ANGSTY AND GOOD IDEA, I LOVE IT

Consider: Ingo wakes up in Hisui after being helped by the Pearl Clan. Irida is there with him and asks him some questions. Is he okay? Where is he from? Why was he in the highlands? How did he get there with hardly any equipment on him?

Finally, she asks his name. He tries to remember, but struggles too. He says the only name he remembers is Emmet. Irida responds that if the name Emmet was the first name he remembered (and the only one,) then that was probably a name that was incredibly important to him and probably his own name. Seeing no flaw in the logic, and feeling like the name Emmet was very important, he agrees that Emmet must be his name.

Ingo uses the name without knowledge that it isn’t his own. He can’t even remember his name, his brother’s was more important to him.

It might be hard in the beginning for him to get used to being called Emmet. He may not realize he’s the one being spoken too. Even more chaos when the two reunite, Ingo and Emmet both respond when someone calls for Emmet.

As a random internet strange, I find your concept for Emmet to be horrifying and disturbing. Which, is what makes it really, really good. I couldn't bear to write it myself, but I love it all the same.

I was wondering if I should answer this now or tomorrow, but because is my first "ask" I couldn't wait!

And yes! I love trying to see the most crude side of every character I can, because, the more egotistical it can be, the more angst you can make. And believe me! I love fluff and all but the simple idea of Emmet going apeshit in the worst way is just verrrry interesting to set it aside!

SO, because I can't stop making stupid AUs and I don't want to, take this.

I love Emmet being absolutely feral and even worse, a villain.

And just for that I'm going to give Emmet the villain arc he freaking deserves. Or at least to give it to ONE Emmet.

Imagine a Emmet who just get exhausted of seeing for his brother. A Emmet that was overwhelmed by the situation.

A Emmet who goes apeshit and decides that if he doesn't have his brother, then he will not leave any version of himself have it.

So yeah, this is kinda the basic concept without any detail. A Emmet in despair who decides to separate any versions of himself and his brother on other timelines, because if he can't be happy no one can.

I mean, he's usually related with being the one expressive with words and voice even if his face is just a frown.

It's just... Kinda curious to me, and now I need to draw Ingo being completely coloquial-

Latinoamerican Ingo is kinda blursed dsjkfhdsfg, he curses, “que DEMONIOS esta pasando Emmet?=What The HELL is going on Emmet?” and “santa cachucha” its just SUCH an informal thing to say, typical of mexican subs, it doesnt even have a translation, the closest thing I can think of is “holy molly”, there are other examples of Ingo having such coloquial dialogue and it only happens with him! I guess Emmet´s voice actor doesnt like to improvise haha

I saw a fanart of @ghostliliane (Wonderful art, I really loved it) , the most recent one. Where Emmet technically falls on Hisui too (I get it right? I think I get it right.)

But my mind didn't process what I was seeing and I tought something that wasn't the idea of the fanart, so, let me talk to yall' about it

What if Ingo didn't remember who he was, but he remembered Emmet in some way without knowing that he was his twin? And he just... Tought he was Emmet- Like, the pearl clan asking who he is and Ingo confused as hell just says "I... I-I am Emmet?"

Some stuff from the "Ingo in the DSMP AU" (Part one):

When Ingo fell from the sky, there was a mess in the communicators of everyone. It wasn't programmed to receive new people in the DSMP considering the arrest of Dream.

Ingo as well as I said in other posts, fell on waters aside of Snowchester. Tubbo and Ranboo were the ones who get him safe, it was confusing and they suspected a little about him, but Ranboo was the one to suggest bringing him to the mansion, at least until he woke up and they could interrogate the man. Tubbo didn't like the idea, but after putting Michael in a safer place, he felt more comfortable with the plan.

Between the lapse of Ingo being helped and when he wakes up, Tubbo and Ranboo had the opportunity to meet Ingo's Gliscor. It happened when they left the man to rest. After a while, Tubbo checked the restroom just to see the immense bat-like creature over Ingo, curled on his body. Tubbo had to retain himself from attacking the thing. After all, it seemed to be guarding the man's sleeping.

Ingo and Ranboo talk to each other every time they can. After all, both have memory problems, maybe they can figure out a solution.

Ranboo teaches the man how to fight. The idea came when both husbands hear how different was the world from where Ingo came from. And they started to do it after seeing the panic in Ingo's eyes, and his little knowledge with fighting monsters in the night.

Little things on the man like his voice, his ways to talk with train terminology, and his poses helped a lot to make him less intimidating in Tubbo's eyes. "He's a little dorky, I like it!"

Ingo is considered Michael's warden in some way. Or well, that's what Ranboo thinks when the amnesiac man talks to them about the wardens and pearl and diamond clan.

They give the man the work of protecting Snowchester and their son while they aren't on there. Ingo accepted it almost instantly.

The first construction project of Ingo was a subterranean red of mine carts, it isn't complete for the moment. He just mined the space he needed and only goes to L'manhole.

Talking about it. One night, they got to the big hole that a lot of time ago was L'manburg. Tubbo talked about his history, and between tears, he sang the anthem. Ingo followed him with his flute.

Sometimes Ingo gets homesick, not only from the place he doesn't remember, Hisui starts being the cause of some of those sensations too. When he gets like that, he comes to Michael's room to interact with the young one.

Sometimes he carries him running on the mansion and making train noises. (Even if he doesn't know what they are)

Ingo feels grateful for the couple of platonic husbands. Only the almighty Sinnoh would know where he could be if they didn't help him. That's kinda the reason why he tries to help all he can with his Pokemon.

In the fall, Ingo lost his bag of things. It was a big luck that he didn't lose his pokeballs and Celestica Flute.

The first thing Ingo crafted was a shield. He called it "Fero" and the second thing was a Diamond sword with the ones Ranboo gave him. He called it "Caril". Ingo usually says they shouldn't be separated...
