Richard Ramirez actually couldn’t recall if he had ever met Anton Lavey, I have some many letters stating that he’s never met him or maybe he has but can’t remember, he also states in one letter that Lavey is a compulsive liar and he likes to lie about little things and then he eventually mentioned that he did meet his daughter, she went to visit when he went to jail. I found it very strange as to why he couldn’t recall, meeting him would be a big event, I would think.

Lavey ? Well, don’t really know what to say. He said he met me. I don’t recall. Could have been at a party. I did meet his daughter, Zeena in LA, though. I’ve heard Lavey lies about a lot of things. There’s a list of his alleged lies on a website, ha. He and Zeena had a falling out. He died sometime in the month of Oct a few years back. I’ll end here. Take it E/Z and write soon.

Episode 3: Elijah McClain
In this episode, I’m going to be covering another murder that honestly just fucks with me. Cause this could have been prevented.
Elijah McClain was a 23-year-old massage therapist from Aurora Colorado. His mother had actually moved them there from Denver thinking it would be safer from gang violence. At the time of his death, he was sharing an apartment with his cousin. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing guitar and violin. Which he would bring to animal shelters and played for the abandoned animals, believing that music put them at ease.
On the night of Aug 24th, 2019, Elijah was walking home from the convenience store when he was stopped by police. It was reported that someone called 911, cause he “looked sketchy” since he was wearing a ski mask and waving his arms. I kind of understand the cause that is a little strange but this was also colorado. I looked up the weather report from that day and it was about 37 degrees that night, which explains the ski mask. When the police arrived they approached him and asked him to stop which he didn’t hear since he was listening to music, you know normal things people do walking home. He did advise the officer that he was just going home and continue on his way.
There was body camera footage for the beginning of this encounter and you can see the officer grab his arm and tell him he had the right to stop him due to looking suspicious. While I agree that he did have the right to stop him I don’t think he should have grabbed a hold of him. Elijah responded to the office saying “I am an introvert, please respect the boundaries that I am speaking. Leave me alone.” Which he wasn’t doing anything wrong just walking home not bothering anyone but they took this as an opportunity to immediately restrained him, telling him to stop resisting when he put his arms up to his chest and to “stop tensing up.” The footage also shows him pleading with the officer to please stop by apologizing and, saying, “I’m sorry, I wasn’t trying to do that, I can’t breathe correctly.”. It was during this time that one of the officer’s body cameras magically fell off. They did get him handcuffed and brought him down to the ground with a carotid hold, which restricts blood to the brain to render someone unconscious. After this, he was laying on the ground throwing up and apologizing for it stating that he can’t breathe right now. Then You can hear the audio in which one officer threatened to use the dog on him if he didn’t stop moving, which at this point the only moving he was doing was to throw up.
The paramedics arrived 15 minutes later and injected him with the sedative ketamine, which causes him to go into cardiac arrest. He didn’t have a pulse and was revived at the scene before being taken to the hospital. . The autopsy report said that the cause of death was “undetermined,” and that it could have been a result of natural causes, a homicide related to the carotid hold, or an accident.
It also reported that Mr. McClain was 5 feet 6 inches and weighed 140 pounds. I wanted to make note of that because after he was restrained more officers arrived. The officers stated that he was “acting crazy,” that he was “definitely on something,”. Also that he had attacked officers when they tried to restrain him with his “incredible, crazy strength,” and that at one point three officers were on top of him. I’m sorry but someone who is as tiny as he was having crazy strength enough to be too much for 3 officers sounds crazy to me. I have heard of people who are on certain drugs. The only thing other than what the paramedics injected him with found in his system was Marijuana. I have never heard of anyone getting superhero strength from normal weed and if it would have been laced with something that it would have popped up in the report.
The aftermath of this murder
In November 2019, the DA declined to press charges against the officers involved, citing the autopsy and that he cannot take a case to the jury where he doesn’t know what the cause of death is on a homicide case.
In July 2020, Three Aurora Police officers were fired and one resigned after photos leaked of the officers taking smiling selfies and reenacting the carotid hold at a memorial site for McClain. These are not the same officer from that night.
Yesterday 2/22/2021- an independent investigator which was paid for by The Aurora City Council stated that Colorado police officers involved in the death did not have the legal basis to stop, frisk or restrain him. Also stating that the Ketamine dosage was based on someone bigger than Elijah who was 140 they gave him the dose for someone who is 190lbs. On top of that at the time of the injection, which was given to calm him down. Elijah had not moved or made any sounds for about a minute. So why sedate someone who isn’t moving or causing issues at the time to be sedated?
If you watch the video it’s heartbreaking watching 3 grown men take down this tinier one. You can see by watching it he wasn’t resisting. The only movement I ever see is from the officers. If you want to watch the video it’s on youtube. This whole thing is just proving of officers taking excessive force with people. There was nothing threatening about this kid and this whole thing could have been avoided if they didn’t choose to take such force with someone who was just trying to explain that he was different.

Find Patricia Meehan;
april 20, 1989 in circle, montana, united states. thirty seven year old patricia was noted to be uncharacteristically “hyper” when her landlord saw her on april 19. that same day, patricia told her parents that she was under significant amount of stress and was interested in immediately moving back in with them in pennsylvania. her parents agreed to take her in with the stipulation that she keep a psychiatrist’s appointment prescheduled for the 21st. between 8:15 and 8:30 in the evening on april 20, patricia drove onto the wrong side of montana highway 200. this caused a three car collision - patricia hitting one car head-on. when patricia exited her vehicle, she was dazed and disoriented, but seemingly unharmed. without speaking, she then walked away from the wreck and into a roadside field. when authorities identified patricia as the driver responsible for the crash, they noted that her home was almost 400 miles away in bozeman, montana. no one in her life could explain why patricia was driving in circle that day. many believe that patricia was experiencing some kind of mania leading up to her disappearance, and find it more than likely that this combined with possible amnesia, head injury, or trauma from the crash put her in danger. no sign of patricia could be discovered from the field she was last seen in, so authorities believe that she hitchhiked away from the scene. after april 20, she never contacted friends or family again. there were many supposed sightings of patricia in the 1990s, but none could be positively confirmed. patricia remains missing.
