Akárhányszor visszagondolok, elfog a harag és az undor. Haragszom magamra, mert a saját mentális egészségemet kellett volna előtérbe helyeznem. Illetve undorodom a gondolattól, hogy olyan dolgokat voltam képes megtenni másért, amit nem is szabadott volna.
