JENELLE GETS A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST DAVID

Jenelle Evans has kicked her husband David Eason to the curb…and now she’s seeking legal help to make sure he stays there.

The Ashley can confirm that Jenelle filed for and was granted a restraining order to keep her former soulmate from contacting her, or their daughter Ensley for the time being. The Ashley’s source tells her that David was just served the temporary order.

“Jenelle is in hiding,” the source said. “She has no plans to return to The Land. She has left the state and does not plan to come back to North Carolina for her stuff or anything. The kids are with her.”

(The Ashley is not reporting where Jenelle and the kids are, or even what state they are in, so that their safety can be protected.)

“The restraining order was granted because Jenelle was able to show proof [to the judge] that abuse had occurred,” the source added. “Now that David’s been served, she can begin the divorce proceedings.”

On Tuesday, David took to his Facebook page to claim he didn’t know where Jenelle or their two-year-old daughter was, so he was going to file a missing persons report for the pair.

He later told someone in the comment section of the post that Jenelle had not filed for separation yet, and The Ashley’s source confirmed that detail.

“She has not filed yet because if she files in North Carolina, she has to wait a full year and be separated before she can file for divorce in that state,” the source said. “She is going to file in [another state] so that she can bypass that.”

As The Ashley has told you in previous posts, the separation is very real, and not a scheme put together by David and Jenelle to get Jenelle back on ‘Teen Mom 2.’

Earlier this week, David declared that Jenelle was “still stupid” after it was reported that she planned to file for full custody of Ensley. He has slowly started to post negative things about Jenelle online.

Radar Online reports that David did follow through (kind of) with his threat to contact authorities about Jenelle and Ensley “going missing.”

“Columbus County Emergency Services confirmed to Radar that David contacted authorities on November 5. The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office revealed a report had been made, but has not yet been filed,” the site reports.

UPDATE! TMZ reports that the call David placed to the police on Tuesday was to report a missing dog. The site claims David believes one of his dogs– which he got over the summer following the Nugget death scandal– was stolen from The Land.

AN UPDATE ON AMBER

Amber Portwood headed to court on Thursday and was sentenced for her crimes stemming from her July 5 arrest and attack on baby daddy Andrew Glennon.

The Teen Mom OG star accepted a plea deal (which The Ashley hears she signed in her lawyer’s office last Friday), that allowed her to escape without any jail time. All of her felony charges were dismissed or pleaded down (except for one), and Amber received a series of extensive probational conditions.

The Ashley will go through each charge below:

Amber’s mug from her arrest in July…

On Count 1, which was Domestic Battery (with a prior conviction for the same offense), the court determined that conviction can be dismissed at a hearing set 2.5 years in the future if Amber successfully completes probation.

Count 2, which was “Criminal Recklessness committed with a deadly weapon,” was dismissed.

Count 3, which was “Domestic Battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old,” was dismissed.

Count 4, which was “Intimidation- Habitual Felony Offender Enhancement,” Amber took a plea deal.

“Count 4 will be given alternative misdemeanor sentence upon the defendant’s successful completion of probation,” the court records state.

Amber was sentenced to 910 days in county jail…but 906 of those days were suspended (which means she doesn’t actually have to go to “gel” for them). As for the other four days, she was given two days credit for time served. It appears that she has two days to serve in jail. (Whether she will actually go behind bars again is unknown, though.)

Amber was given some pretty heavy-duty probation terms to follow. According to court records, she will be on probation for 906 days. During that time, she is not allowed to do the following:

-Leave Marion County, Indiana, or the state of Indiana unless it is for employment purposes. If Amber wants to leave the area for any other reason other than work, she has to get it approved in advance.

-Contact Andrew. As The Ashley previously told you, Andrew and Amber are only allowed to communicate through the Our Family Wizard custody app in regard to their son, James. She is allowed to see Andrew while handing off James for custody exchanges only. However, this term of her probation “can be modified upon written request and after a hearing.” The temporary no-contact order in place was dismissed and a new permanent one was drawn up on Thursday.

As part of her probation, Amber MUST complete the following things:

-Attend court-ordered parenting classes, as well as BIP (Battery Intervention Program) classes through her current doctor or treatment providers. She must allow the probation officer to have access to her mental health treatment records.

-Undergo a mental health and psychological evaluation and treatment

-Undergo a substance abuse evaluation

-Submit to a urinalysis, as well as random urine and breath testing that will be done at the request of her probation officer a least once a month. She will only have a max of 24 hours notice. Amber must get the tests done at an approved testing facility and have the results released directly to her PO. Even if Amber is out of state for work, she must still do the tests and show proof to her PO.

-Pay a $1285 fee (which she did on Thursday) to the court.

Amber and Andrew have yet to publicly comment on the court hearing. The Ashley has reached out to Amber’s camp for comment and will update this when more info is available.

Bad news today for Teen Mom 2's Nathan Griffith - and it might also be some rare good news for his long-suffering ex, Jenelle Evans.

The Ashley's Reality Roundup first reported that Griffith was arrested for driving while impaired in North Carolina on Thursday night.

If he were a first time offender, Nathan probably wouldn't have much to worry about ... but this is Nathan we're talking about here.

Obviously, if you know his history, he's very far from that, and he's also in the midst of a particularly ugly custody battle with Jenelle.

How does she feel about this right about now? Is his misfortune the lucky break she needed in the battle for their young son Kaiser?

Well, it seems there'll be some cause for celebration on The Land tonight, and not just because of killing pigs or some redneck s--t.

Yes, it's another arrest for another troubled Teen Mom 2 baby daddy, who was once engaged to Jenelle Evans before their relationship went horribly, terribly wrong. And this run-in with the law may have some major repercussions for Nate the Not-So-Great.

According to celebrity news site The Ashley's Reality Roundup, Griffith was picked up by Wake County cops on Thursday. He was allegedly driving while impaired, and dude is still behind bars at press time.

As far as we know, he's currently being held on $10,000 bail. It's not clear what Nathan's financial situation is, but that five-figure sum is not a paltry amount to fork over just to secure your own freedom pending trial.

According to The Ashley, Griffith may not get sprung until he goes before a judge. He is currently “awaiting trial," and is scheduled to go before a judge on Friday.

Nate, of course, is best known as the former fiance of Jenelle and the father of her son Kaiser, her second child.

Granted, Nathan doesn't have nearly as many mug shots as Jenelle (who does, in all seriousness?!), but he's got quite a lengthy rap sheet of his own, and that's likely to come back to haunt him to at least some degree here.

Griffith has been arrested multiple times, most of them alcohol-related. In 2016, he was picked up for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, impairment and endangering himself and others.

In 2015, he was arrested for domestic assault. In 2013, he was picked up for DUI ... his second offense at the time.

If you're keeping score at home, Griffith has AT LEAST 3 DUIs. Which means this one could land him in the worst trouble he's been in to date, and that's saying something.

It's anyone's guess what will become of this fool when he goes in front of a judge, but you can bet his latest arrest won't help his current custody battle.
