"From the left (grey) beginning of June to the right (white) end of October. I must say CrossFit type of training was never my thing, but since I've started for last 4 months I can't thank Coach @rodney_martin_jr for always pushing me to my limits. From not being able to lift more then 10 pounds to squatting (w/ or w/o bands) + lifting with kettlebell, dumbbells, bar plates and bar up to 90 pounds~ and doing those abs burnouts with Sally up and Sally down song (ofc our favorite). There's certain reps/sets I've never done (example - deadlifts/burpees) but at the end of each class I'm happier and feel way better then before. I'm proud of how hard I've worked/come along and continue to work on myself, allowing my body to tone up and grow to even love myself more. I'm going to keep pushing and pushing until I can't no more. This is REAL accomplishment and not some plastic BBL (no offense). I may not be all toned up/muscular, fit to a point and etc. just yet but it's getting there and enjoying every aspect. P.S. I didn't have arms like those before 🤣 and I'm liking my arms with my tiny biceps growing.
