Tips for Surviving Online School
since most of us are online due to COVID-19, I decided to make a short infographic (thanks to Canva) on how to make online learning easier. I'm on the same boat too but I made online classes into a way I can somewhat enjoy. I hope this helps for anyone who needs it!

December 11, 2019
Decided to try something that's somewhere between a planner and a bullet journal for planning/scheduling, so I've spend a bit setting it up. Now I'm going to type up some notes that I've left since the beginning of the semester and prep for a study group tomorrow.

Hello all, a small perk of University being closed due to c-19 is being back home to my desk! I’ve tried to make it as romantic as possible (as well as eating all of mums cupcakes)
I hope you are all staying safe and distancing where you can, even if you feel you’ll be fine if you get it it’s the people you may pass it on to we need to be considerate of!
I’m sending all my love, well wishes and hope to you all💓 We’re all in this together and please know my inbox is open if you want to talk!

(In a semi-related rant...)
Yes! I am so trucking suck of people being elitist about language! Especially so American English, which was specifically designed to differentiate the USA from England. Our language is constantly evolving, regional, and filled with colloquialisms. When you hear something new you should embrace the magic that is language.
“You can’t use that word to describe ______ because it didn’t exist yet! That’s an anachronism.”
I don’t know how to tell you this, but just because the word “anti-Semitism” or “transgender” didn’t exist in the Middle Ages doesn’t mean we cannot use them to describe what is clearly anti-Semitism or the existence of LGBTQ+ people. By criticizing the use of modern words to describe the past you deny the existence of anti-Semitic history before the late 19C and the history of the LGBTQ+ community.
If you are interested in learning about the terminological debate surrounding the word “anti-Semitism” you can find it here.

10.20.2020 - Forcefully Optimistic
Did the practice midterm for my math class last night and it went much better, not that that took much. *insert sarcastic bitter laughing here* Emailed my teacher, hoping she can walk me through where I went wrong. My composition class is requiring talking to people so... Not loving that but here we are.
Overall, not feeling great, but my life right now is forcefully optimistic so... I will do well in my math class, and never look back. Also, next semester is shaping up to be really cool which I am looking forward to. (Current plan is bio, intro to lit, and creative writing.) Still working on putting together by desk, and I’m generally positive about how that is going.

14/10/2020 | 30 & 31 / 100 Days of Productivity | Studyblr Community Challenge
Day 13: Do you have an aesthetic? If yes what is it?
Does chaotic Halloween bisexual count as an aesthetic?
Day 14: What are some of your study essentials?
Aside from coffee? I need post it notes nearby because I like to go back over my notes and add stuff in, I also am a big fan of forest bc I want to keep track of how much time I'm putting into each module

:O How did I not know that? I don’t take it back though, I’m team double flattery over here.
Day 14 - 18 of the Studyblr Community Challenge!
Day 14 - What are some of your study essentials? I find it best to handwrite things, despite the arthritis in my hands making it more difficult to do. So I use flashcards, notebooks, black ink pens, and a litany of highlighters. I’m also starting to use pencils in my math homework. Right now I don’t have the ideal tools, but I’m using some old markers and making do with what I have. I’m happy with it.
Day 15 - Tag someone you look up to Absolutely for this it is @myhoneststudyblr. I think this community challenge is incredibly admirable and this tagging portion is ingenious.
Day 16 - Tag someone who has beautiful handwriting  @studyingkoala I mean, look at this. So pretty.
Day 17 - Tag someone who you think is really kind @alecademia seems really nice :)
Day 18 - Tag someone who makes you think more deeply about things @twice-as-many-stars-as-usual explained CT scan segmenting to me and I learned so much!

10.19.2020 - Completely Spaced
Yeah, totally forgot to reply to the comments on my discussion post in Composition. Lovely. -_- The teacher doesn’t accept late work but I’m going to reply anyway because to do otherwise would be rude.
