I've been busy and haven't had much time to craft....and then hit art block after working on the same piece over 3 months. So, I asked my friends to challenge me in making something and the prompt was DIM SUM.
I may have gotten carried away trying to use up all the mixed scrap clay 馃槄 (not pictured- 2 bowls of wonton soup)
A little dragon wandering in the dark, looking for his long lost love ~
This dragon was inspired by Hadestown, and has details like red flowers, the lantern, and a tiny lyre with a bejeweled pomegranate. Of course I had to give him a little dark and spooky photoshoot.
Fairy fountain progress! Added a stem to the pod and started making the flower part. I really wish that I could fold the petals into the pod, but it's so small that the magnets couldn't hold them in. Now it's a completely separate piece (and kinda looks like a carnivorous plant).
Current WIP! Now to somehow fit a whole fountain inside....

Cottagecore pumpkin lady inspired by the pumpkin head trend that circulates during the time of year when this was originally posted.
Made with papas clay (using up the rest of that orange clay from making Anne Shirley last April because I can't bear to mix my scrap clay together 馃槄) and sculpey souffl茅
